There is no charging socket at the bedside, let alone USB charging. I had to go to the front desk to borrow a plug🔌, but was told that there was none. Unable to charge, I had to bite the bullet and pay to borrow a power bank. The room was old and there was serious water accumulation in the shower room. I booked the best lake view room except the suite, but I was totally sorry for the price. The balcony sliding door was so heavy that I couldn't open it. The scenery is average. Very average. Disappointed. Will never stay here a second time. It's completely a tertiary industry background.

On the day we checked in, the lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude and was patient and meticulous. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a lake view room. The resort felt like it was basically a group tour organized by the company. The atmosphere was okay. The hotel is right next to Taihu Lake, which is a good place to watch the sunrise. It's a pity. It rained the two days we stayed. The basic service attitude of the hotel waiters is very good. I didn't give it 5 points mainly because the exits around the garden can be improved. It would be better. I will stay here again if I go to Xishan.
