前台小妹妹服務真的很好！笑容很舒服！蘇州女子講話的温婉體現的淋漓盡致！房間陽台很舒服，但是最好柳絮季以後去，我去的這幾天柳絮太多了。房間設施的話我覺得淋浴間稍微有點落後，水龍頭是冷水熱水分開調的。這個價格的房間我認為抽紙質量可以好一些，這樣檔次就OK了，畢竟現在的蘇州沒有淡季，一直是旺季😂

很不錯的一家酒店，環境温馨，房子空間大，衞生間乾濕分離，重點是位置好，旁外就是景，夜景很美。酒店離山塘街很近，過橋即到。由於有河相隔，晚上很安靜，可以好好休息。酒店服務很熱情，前台小妹還要幫助提行李，我沒好意思。酒店出門就是美食街，吃吃喝喝太方便，下次還會定他家

房間乾淨，設施齊備，服務周到、熱情貼心。酒店就在白居易遊船碼頭對面河岸邊，在酒店邊上走過一座石拱橋就是山塘街，不到5分鐘的路程。圖4是酒店通道擺設，可以讓人停留一會，挺好的。

前台小姐姐非常熱情，在發現我找不到前台，主動跑到門外迎接我，還幫我把行李拿到二樓。酒店層高2層，沒有電梯，腿腳不便的長者衹能住一樓。

酒店坐落在民國風情街上，很有情調，建議預訂臨河的房間。客房陳設都是民國風格的傢俱，居然還是老式吊扇，由於酒店客房不多，很安靜，前台客服很熱情，有求必應。

酒店位置很好，在七里山塘步行街口，就在河岸邊，前台員工人特別好，當時訂了兩天阳台房，看到有靠近河邊的露台房景色很美，跟前台的美女說能不能住一晚，美女真得幫我升級了一晚河景房，太感謝她了，頭一晚漏在房間內的耳機也幫忙找了回來，酒店很干淨，鬧中取靜，裝飾很有特色，是一家性價比很高的酒店。
