房間裏有一股難聞的味道，而且隔音效果太不好了，半夜能聽到隔壁的動靜，前台服務態度不好，跟欠她點什麼似的。

酒店在地鐵站路口，離觀前街很近，坐地鐵去蘇州中心很方便，位置好找，這裏入住的房間空間大，床單被罩都是新的，毛巾浴巾很白，換的新的，酒店在4樓，有電梯，有免費停車場，店家給我們送了礦泉水，很熱情，服務很好，阿姨今天在洗地毯，剎毒，乾淨衞生，一樓是大超市，購物很方便，很便宜，房間設施齊全，停車免費，服務特別棒，我們去金雞湖音樂噴泉玩了一下，周邊交通方便，價格便宜，空間很大，

網上訂房説不要按金，去店裡非得要按金，是怕我把裏面什麼東西拿走了還是怕我把💩給帶走了！不過後來我給總部客服打電話立馬把按金退了！

17年在這家店連住了3天，覺得還挺好的，這次住感覺的特別差，被子兩面兩個顏色，從我拍的圖片可以看出來，掀開被子已經臟成什麼樣子了，洗髮露包裝袋那麼臟了還放在刷牙的一次性杯子裏，噁心人的吧，毛巾我都沒拍，毛巾的邊都爛了，幸好我自己帶了洗漱用品，每年我住酒店很多次，就沒遇到過這樣的

這酒店不行，基本上沒隔音，隔壁做什麼，聽的一清二楚，窗户是擺設，看不見陽光，房裡都是煙味，難聞，酒店像迷宮，房間不好找，空調葉片壞了擺動聲音大，真吵的房間，完全睡不好
