A modern and clean hotel!
It was about a 5-min walk away from Lindun Rd station and located very near to Guanqian shopping street! Also a 20-plus minute walk away to the Humble Administrator's Garden.
The room itself was clean and spacious. Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, it did not bother me as I was out and about for most of the day anyway. It was also nice to enjoy the chinese tea they provided in the room :) all amenities I required (e.g. shampoo, hairdryer etc) was also provided.
All in all, a good stay and I will definitely consider staying again if I visit Suzhou in future.

The location is good for covering both Guanqianjie and Pingjiang Lu. For now, there are some roads blocking the main entrance due to MRT construction, on foot is definitely no issue. Hotel service staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even provide complimentary laundry. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I just loved their Longji tea room refresher. Beautiful garden. Free flow of coffee from lobby. 👍👍👍👍👍

出門習慣性看全季，整潔衞生。酒店三個小花園，最裡麪一個還在維修，環境蠻好的。前台態度好，熱情，房間乾淨，玻璃隔音效果好，房間朝向一個巷子，關上窗户非常安靜，滿意。酒店位置方便，距離地鐵口、平江路步行19分鐘內，觀前街近在咫尺。蘇州真的太堵了，大家儘量甩火腿。有個建議：酒店是不是考慮連住三晚以上的客人送季總的那個書，書看到一半，要走了，怪遺憾的。早餐很好吃，吃飽沒問題，居然有酥肉，這個小蛋餅超好吃，贊👍

超出期望的服務滿意度，為酒店工作人員的專業度和熱情點贊！拖家帶口帶娃來玩，入住當天，由於來的比較早，多次幫忙換房間，最終找到合適的房間入住。退房當天，因為火車票比較晚而且孩子要午睡，又幫忙延遲退房。這種服務態度，給人眼前一亮。住了三天，其他方面整體感覺是，房間相當乾淨，早餐還算行，點外賣有機器人送餐，出門左轉就是觀前街很方便，地鐵修好後就更完美了
