大家不要被官網圖片矇蔽，這家酒店是我十多年來住過最差的酒店。前台服務很差，前台小夥極力推薦退攜程然後從他們那邊預訂可以節約100元。房間裏面幾乎沒什麼基礎設施，茶包，飲用水多要一瓶二元。 酒店主要招待旅行團隊，唯一就是地理位置不錯。去哪裡景點都方便，早餐農貿市場很多吃的。

距離拙政園較近，周邊旅遊方便～酒店前台位置不太明顯，不過打電話詢問後就找到了～酒店設施一般，服務員很熱情～～對於旅遊短住一夜來説，特別是節假日住宿，這個還是具有性價比的～～如果預算充足，住宿要求高的，可以不考慮～

我是從9.24到南京，9.28到南潯，9.30到蘇州，住了這麼多酒店了，定酒店的時候成宿成宿得睡不着貨比三家選出來的這些酒店，但這家的衞生真的是一言難盡，最起碼床和睡覺的枕頭是乾淨的，每個床上有一個抱枕一股頭油味兒，這個枕頭問客房阿姨好像沒有換的外套，桌子上有些久的痕跡，毛巾我沒敢用，在一個院裡外觀環境還是不錯的，有亭子有水還有停車地方，內飾的話顯得很老舊，使用的時候明顯感覺到有些老化，前台服務是我這多天遇到的數一數二滿意的了，因為我母親身體不太好，幫我們換了兩三次的房間也一直很耐心，對於提出的服務要求也會盡量滿足，希望可以好好地着重一下衞生問題！！！真的！！！
