Excellent location as it is within walking distance to metro station, FamilyMart, KFC, and Starbucks. Room was clean and spacious. Fruits were also provided. Breakfast spread was great and had a lot of variety. Highly recommended.

這次蘇州之行選的酒店非常滿意，司機知道我們住在胥城，告訴我們説這裡是蘇州很早的星級酒店，是市政府接待酒店，有蘇州排名第一的奧灶麪，每年中秋的鮮肉月餅需要拍很長的隊才能買到。所以我們一下車第一件事就是直奔酒店二樓去吃飯。在接待兩場婚禮宴席的情況下，上菜依然很快，所有菜品果然名不虛傳。
酒店出門即是地鐵二號線，兩站地到留園和山塘街。
小朋友得到很多禮物，假日還會組織小活動，晚上還會送水果。
晚上在房間裏看到很多書，翻開介紹胥城書香集團的介紹，感覺他們不僅是這麼寫的，而且確實是這麼做的，認真做美食，認真做文化，認真貫徹這些在酒店的管理中。
大堂有書吧，買一本情調蘇州，蓋一套蘇州套印，很有意趣。

酒店的服務和配套超讚，我家帶娃初次來蘇州，能遇到這樣温暖貼心的酒店，實在幸運！首先，辦理入住時，酒店就貼心地送小朋友們一人一袋小童洗浴套裝和玩具包，緊鑼密鼓收拾行李時有玩具陪伴，孩子們也新奇不已；其次，房間內配有浴池，可以找前台領泡澡袋，入住時送依雲水和一箱新鮮水果（沒錯，是一箱），房間內礦泉水用完即可再續，退房時也還有退房伴手禮；還有，不得不提的是，自助早餐的高水準！雖然看上去不大面積，但是飯菜炒雞用心，每天早上的淮南牛肉湯都是三碗起算，以我們常年喝洛陽牛肉湯訓練出的口感，酒店的配料足熬製久，沒話説，滿上就對了！最後，一定要提示一下大廳的古吳軒，雖説是酒店與書店聯合展示，產品不多，不過都非常有特色，孩子們在酒店小姐姐的指導下玩套色的印章玩得不亦樂乎，蓋了一整本的套印，寶媽也順手在書店內購入幾本早就想看一直沒時間看的好書，完美！多幸運，在春天的江南，遇到美麗的人們，希望以後有機會還能再去蘇州逛逛，再去書香世家酒店小住，願平安喜樂。

第一次知道胥城大廈還是多年前為了尋找好本地好吃的蘇式麪條，結果卻搜到胥城二樓的奧灶麪，便默默記下了。這次機緣巧合帶孩子蘇州遊，正好住在胥城大廈也算是一種緣分。這家酒店位於老城區繁華地段卻不限行外地車，自駕的話可以停在酒店裡，周邊公交也方便樓下便是地鐵車站，四通八達。下午兩點多辦理入住幫我們升級了房間，還送了水果。不慎弄濕了洗手間地面，客房服務也毫無怨言及時處理，很貼心的服務。房間設施稍顯陳舊，卻使用無虞，温暖舒適親切。晚上和孩子直接到二樓面之府用餐，吃上心心念唸的奧灶麪，真的一口驚艷，湯底濃郁鮮美，不虛此行，連一向挑剔的孩子都讚不絕口，連稱好味，餛飩，湯包（除了稍甜）也在水準之上，服務主動熱情周到，一度讓我們以為要另收服務費，體驗很好，如果給住店客户更多優惠，那還要加分。我們是另外定的酒店早餐，趕上優惠活動，性價比很高，餐食品種豐富，人均才30多，還要啥自行車。在五一旺季這一切都顯得非常難得，孩子在回程高鐵上已經開始和我策劃下一次蘇州之旅，那麼，好吧，胥城，我們不久再會！

踏入酒店園林式大堂，彷彿走進了一幅精緻的山水畫卷，綠意盎然，寧靜而雅緻，每一處細節都流露出對自然與和諧的追求，令人心曠神怡。
設施：雖然有點舊，但是很整潔乾淨，維護的很好
衞生：比較乾淨衞生，清潔到位
環境：交通方便，出門就是地鐵站，附近的麪館也很好吃，屬於市中心地段
服務：服務人員都很熱情友善，五一旺季還有人彈古箏，送伴手禮，還是比較熱情周到的

定的普通雙床房，節日期間漲價很多，599的房間過去開門一看妥妥的快捷老酒店檔次。除了位置臨近地鐵外，房間真的和價格不匹配。如圖，這手機多少年的老裝修了呀。酒店前台接待大堂和外牆裝修的可以的，但普通標間真的不值這個價格。很失望。 退房時候和前台問感覺如何，説和大堂相比是兩個極端。前台笑笑説30多年的老賓館了，下次可以體驗高層以上的高檔房。呵呵。
