點名批評姓朱的前台招待男服務員 態度蠻橫高傲 非常冷漠 對客人有一種頤指氣使的感覺 讓他給瓶水 他的表情非常極其十分不願意且為難 最終以收費為理由拒絕 服務業有這樣的極品服務員是酒店的損失 酒店的套房還是很寬敞明亮的 就是住的位置太吵 晚上大貨車哄哄的壓馬路

離沙溪古鎮3公里左右，對面就是葯谷，房間相對比較寬敞
位置偏僻，附近沒有商場和餐飲。
設施老舊，衞生標準偏低
早餐種很類少，質量一般，咖啡是速溶的。
最不能忍受的是訂了最貴的套房，就是為了住得舒服一點，結果什麼都沒有不説，空調還壞了一整天，期間工作人員頻繁上門打擾！
體驗感最差的一家，非常不滿意。專治看了差評還覺得自己不會這麼倒黴的冤種

環境清潔，設施優良，住起來很舒服，住了很多次，前台小姐姐很可愛，很和善，服務很好，必須好評，由於這可愛的前枱小姐姐使得整個旅程全家心情都很快樂。今天離店後馬上又訂了兩晚，過些時日接著再來玩

酒店公共區域和房間內各處的衞生都挺不錯，特別是洗衣房特別的乾淨。唯一不足的是電梯的地毯稍微顯得有點臟。
早餐種類一般，小巧精緻，口味、營養、吃飽沒問題。
前台和早餐的服務員多挺熱情的。房間裏直接提供四瓶水，雖然不值錢，但很方便，不像很多酒店摳摳搜搜。

太倉潤溪酒店（沙溪古鎮店）攜程預訂大床房，到店熱情的服務員幫我們免費升級商務套房，房間很大，二個衞生間，大浴缸🛁贈送雙人自助早餐。一個設施五星級，收費四星級標準的酒店。贊👍。豐盛的自助早餐，環境優雅舒適。首選會再次入住。

在太倉醫葯園區，附近沒啥配套，離沙溪古鎮5公里，適合自駕，大廳有星級檔次，套房面積夠大，客廳也有獨立衞生間，衞生方面還可以，房間內安靜，除了煙花爆竹聲其他沒有感覺到，開了有些年頭了，維護的一般，比如馬桶圈居然比馬桶體小一圈，馬桶間門壞了就索性拆掉，筒燈壞了發出幽藍的光還以為是防火噴淋裝置，同樣房型有的有冰箱有的卻沒有，書桌，電視櫃什麼都也不一樣，不是因為熱水問題換了房間還不會注意這些差別，早餐也比較粗糙，另外，同樓層大概有棋牌室，比較吵而且走廊一股煙味，整體感覺是倒退的旅遊酒店
