Good traditional hotel with a bit of old money vibe (e.g. in terms of service quality). Convenient location that's within walking distance from metro station and some famous restaurants.

The stay at hotel was great! Close to metro station and to old town! Amenities are well maintained with a touch of Suzhou traditional culture.
Breakfast is mainly oriental.

環境：位置非常好，4號線團結橋出來走一走就到了。停車位也很多。酒店公共區域環境很好
設施：房間太老舊了，梳粧鏡特別高，完全用不了，噴頭也有點短。我身高163，在南方不算矮吧？怎麼設定的……優點就是床特別大，有冰箱
衞生：還行吧
服務：服務還是不錯的，幫忙拿行李，開發票也很順利那種

房間很大很乾凈也很安靜。酒店很注重細節，入住時會問是否需要做兩張房卡，牆壁會包邊，下雨會給回來的房客包雨傘的塑料袋，入住的時候還會贈送酸奶和小餅乾和綠茶券。最喜歡的是舒服的床墊和被子。另外，酒店旁邊有菜市場，熙盛源，袁記雲餃等很多好吃的，周邊很便利很好逛。

很乾凈，沒有異味。內部還有園林，很舒服。辦理入住的時候，登記了有小朋友，後來還送了好多零食、魚食，還是小童專用的洗漱用品。中間有些小插曲，服務人員超級nice，及時解決，為了表達歉意還送的真絲的睡裙和絲巾，真是超級好的一次體驗。

酒店靠近團結橋地鐵站，出行方便。有地面停車場，車位足夠，24小時免費停車。如果自駕來蘇州，可把車停酒店，乘地鐵出遊。因為蘇州限行，自駕非常不方便。酒店早餐豐盛，種類繁多。服務非常貼心，會主動打包點心供客人出遊時食用，值得點贊👍

啥都好 就是隔音太差。
環境不錯，酒店中間是個園林，服務很好，有專人幫忙提行李。辦入住的時候前台會給魚飼料和歡迎小零食。入住後還會在房間放一些酸奶餅乾。
房間很乾凈，住着比較放心。
但是，有幾點確實有待提高。
1，隔音太差，隔壁住了幾個年輕人，晚上吵到三四點，提醒了也不管用。
2，窗簾不遮光，天一亮房間就有光，對睡眠不好的人不算友好。
3，浴室和浴缸一體的，沒有單獨的淋浴房，用着不是很方便。
4，牙刷掉毛。
