Love the artistic interior design and the warm light in the room, its cosy and comfortable with the huge TV and bathtub just beside the large bed, it set the right mood to rest after the long travel. The location is near to a metro station and has many sightseeing places in the vicinity (just few metro or public transport stops away)
A big shoutout to the young counter staffs for their customer-oriented services (offered to lug my luggage down the staircase) as there was no lift. Guess thats the only drawback but not an issue for me, considering all the pros of the hotel it have
They were also thoughtful to gift me a Suzhou momento when i checked out which concluded my delightful stay in Suzhou
Highly recommended and reasonable priced hotel to stay in Suzhou!

Would recommend to all travellers. Clean, spacious and great service. Near to GuanQian pedestrian street and metro, walking distance 10 minutes. Will stay again!

We had a pleasant stay in their two-story loft-style family room. The service was exceptional; upon our arrival, the staff promptly assisted with carrying our luggage to the room. They also provided us with a Suzhou playbook consisting of food recommendations and attractions to visit, which was extremely helpful for planning our trip. While the overall experience was positive, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, as the walls appeared slightly stained. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Morning receptionist was extremely nice and friendly. Service was 10/10, had my taobao stuck in the warehouse as there was some issue with my address and the staff was very nice with helping to contact the delivery guy. Do not hesitate to ask them any questions they will help within their ability. Would definitely recommend and come back to this place if i visit suzhou again.
ps not sure about the language though as i speak a average level of chinese.

Very comfortable stay ! Room is huge and clean for the price paid ! Only downside is that if you have large luggages it might be a slight challenge to carry it up the stairs ! But its worth it for the price and quality of the stay

My family absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The whole experience from the front desk to the large and clean room has been super comfortable and the location is perfect for our trip. I recommend this hotel and will come next time
