During the May Day holiday, I didn’t want to stay at home or be crowded with people. So I went to Suzhou, the nearest place, for some leisure. Our first stop was Xishan. I didn’t expect it to be crowded with people. It was very congested. The hotel is located near Yuyang Mountain and the Oceanarium, so it was also very congested. Room facilities: nothing special. It’s very ordinary. Wifi: unlimited use. Parking: free in and out. Service: very good service. We always respond to requests. Room view: I booked a suite. The view is OK, but there are too many mosquitoes in summer. We basically didn’t open the balcony door. But I have to praise that there are two mosquito repellents in the room. There are no mosquitoes in the house. Hygiene: The cups were not cleaned ~ There is still room for improvement ~ The toiletries were not fully placed on the first day of check-in ~ They were basically delivered only after asking ~ Breakfast: The small wontons were delicious ~ They also have a special clay pot soup ~ Not bad ~ Not many varieties ~ Chinese restaurant: I don’t recommend it, it’s not very delicious, but their set meal A is better than B ~ Room ordering: As shown in the picture, the quantity is so large ~ I ordered two staple foods, and I don’t know if I need to remind customers that the quantity is large. ~ Overall ~ It’s okay ~ If you go to Xishan Island, you can stay there on weekends, don’t come on holidays, there are traffic jams everywhere ~ Xishan Island is so congested that you doubt your life ~

This time I traveled during the May Day holiday, and it was already 18:30 when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk helped me make a reservation for the hotel's Japanese food, and I had a one-on-one Teppanyaki meal at 20:00, hahaha! The hotel rooms are very new, with a large bathtub overlooking the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake. The buffet the next morning was also very rich. It was a great stay!

This is our second stay. The hotel has a great sense of design, and the sky lobby is particularly outstanding. Everything is exquisite, elegant, warm and comfortable. The hotel staff's patient, thoughtful and meticulous service made our stay a pleasure. Our guest rooms are located on high floors, with detailed and reasonable layout and ingenuity in every aspect; the facilities are complete and convenient to use. The bedding is of good quality, which improves the quality of sleep; the shower head is powerful and makes bathing comfortable; the independent smart toilet room with a small sink is really nice! It's great to stay here for vacation!

The hotel is in the mountains and has a great environment. I took my parents there this time. The room also had a private hot spring, which was just right for them to experience. They all liked it very much. The breakfast was also very rich.
