酒店環境很好，大廳特別大，前台服務很好，很周到，我們租了兩間房都給優惠了，房間裏的衞生間特別的大，乾濕分離前，每個房間有座機打前台電話，特別的方便，機器人還可以送水到房間裏體驗，感覺特別好，值得推薦的一個酒店

酒店環境乾淨整潔，大廳特別大，房間裏的衞生間是乾濕分離的，停車很方便，前台服務熱情，一樓有免費的小吃，還有飲水機接熱水，特別方便，還有微波爐可以熱東西，我們的食物熱了就特別方便，房間裏真的是特別特別大，在周邊酒店算是很好的酒店了，整體感覺還不錯，如有機會下次還會來這家，離景點特別近，特別方便，不錯不錯

這是我註冊攜程十幾年第一次差評，首先酒店就是掛着羊頭賣狗肉，我預訂房型和實際入住房型根本不是一個，跟前台溝通説這有這個房間了沒辦法，什麼叫沒辦法？屋子裡衞生極差，服務也不好，好評都是怎麼刷出來的？有刷好評的時間好好專心用於服務改善壞境不好麼？？？

訂了三間房，價格偏貴，設施一般，性價比不高。尤其酒店提供的景點接送服務是個巨坑。我們是自己開車的，酒店説外地車輛限行，可以幫我們提供景點接送服務，一人130，包含拙政園寒山寺和城門遊船，並且中間沒有任何購物之類的環節。我們看酒店那人説的很真誠就一人吃了130。結果我們就像被販賣一樣週轉了兩次終於上了大巴車，並且還配了一個導遊。拙政園遊玩好一會就被導遊帶到了寒山寺，回來被強行帶到了一個什麼絲綢博物館，口口聲聲説不強制消費，但導遊卻看在門口不讓人出去。我們等不急了六個人起鬨了才讓我們出去。結果承諾的什麼遊船也沒兑現。我們還親眼看到一個獨行的長者被導遊拉到一個小房間被要求購買絲綢和珍珠。我們大酒店那人電話當時也不接，一直要求我們和導遊一起走。我們也沒答應，自己叫了車就走了。那天真的火大，光在那個什麼絲綢博物館就被浪費了兩個多小時。去過不少地方，蘇州的這次經歷真是讓我開了眼，這不丟我們整個江蘇的臉麼。寫這麼多評價就是讓準備入住這家酒店的朋友們要當心了，妥妥的黑店。尤其是工作人員在向你推薦什麼景點套餐時千萬別信。

從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，在前台登記的時候，留了我的電話，結果前台還非要問老公的聯繫電話，我回答前台衹留一個電話就可以了，前台還藉口什麼萬一有東西拉下了需要通知，被拒絕後還説什麼萬一一個電話打不通，這麼拙劣的藉口都想得出來的也是人才！我們進入房間洗漱完畢，還在懷疑前台百般要求獲取同住人手機號碼的意圖之時，某電視廣告的推銷電話就來了，果然，前台登記手機號碼的最終目的是販賣客户的資料！近日收到的各類推銷電話一直不斷
