This is the first time I give a bad review. The service experience during this stay is extremely bad. The handsome guy at the front desk provided great service and was very professional and trustworthy! The other female friend at the front desk was indescribable. The service was extremely bad and her attitude was extremely bad. She was totally unprofessional. From the moment she entered the hotel, she was full of thorns in every word. I think although it is not your business, your boss invited you here and he should trust you. I saw with my own eyes that your attitude towards customers is really terrible. You don't even have the most basic professional qualities.

The photos are totally different from the actual situation. It is not as new as it looks, and the room is dirty. The toilet is blocked and cannot be flushed. The double bed in the room is made of single beds. There is no elevator, and the luggage needs to be carried to the fourth floor. At night, smokers smoke in the corridor, causing the smoke to enter the room and it is very unpleasant! The room is not tight enough, and cold wind blows in. It is not possible to use hot water, air conditioning and hair dryer at the same time in the room, which will cause power outages. After cleaning the room, no mineral water was added. The corridor is tilted, and the sensor light will not light up. The toilet is dirty, and the toiletries in the toilet cannot be used. I will not come again, and I really want to check out that night!
