地理位置還可以！停車較方便！硬件和配套設施看着應該也花了大價錢！但是酒店不知是受天氣影響還是通風或是衞生做的不到位！進酒店就有股不好的味道.像黴雜味又有點像傢俱的油漆味！房間味道更是特別嚴重.房間通風又差.睡了一晚整個人覺得不舒服！本計劃兩天的入住！第二天雖然大雨也無奈一早急急退房另尋酒店！照理説來.以開業兩年多的精品酒店.在環境和硬件都到位的情況下真心不該如此……一個好酒店.特別是高端精品酒店和星級酒店.管理和專業度真的很關鍵！酒店管理團隊夠專業和細心才能給客人帶來賓至如歸的感覺.才能留住客人！

北太湖一望無垠，天氣冷，酒店擁有最佳觀景位。
可惜這樣設施的酒店，卻不能提供自助早餐。
房間新，乾淨整潔，可惜別墅房的客廳出現問題，這麼冷的天氣，睡了一晚瑟瑟發抖的先生凍感冒了。直到第二天再付款開了一個房間。
酒店的服務生通知工程師就來看了一眼也沒有維護，就這樣了。
這家酒店健身設施齊全。早餐很簡單。
酒店餐廳經理非常熱情認真負責，出品不錯！可惜前台的服務和應對態度還是讓人有點失望。
