酒店工作人員都非常好。對我來説很重要的身份證找不到了，前台，客房，安保人員都非常耐心地幫忙找，特別是前台，樓上樓下跑，親自翻垃圾桶，最後在沙發縫隙找到，跟找到自己的東西一樣高興。我為身份證的失而復得感到高興，更被他們的表現感動。他們的好不僅因為作為工作人員的優秀，更因為他們有那種發自內心的樂於助人的品質。

空下來評價下，給大家參考下 先講下好的地方: 1.空氣很好，周邊都是綠植包圍，5月是月季的季節，花開的很美很旺，拍照也很出片 2.服務人員都是年紀大的阿姨們，很熱情也很友好 3.房間價格划算，假期也不算貴，入住時候服務態度都挺好的，還做了設施和內部遊玩的介紹 接下來是説不盡人意的地方: 1.我訂的河邊的房子可能造的比較早，臨河蚊子比較多 2.房間設施不是很新，淋浴房的移門關不上，洗着洗着會自動移開 3.廁所馬桶入住時候沒發現，出去玩好晚上回來一上廁所發現堵的，晚上8點多找的管家但是也沒得到解決，沒人來維修，還叫我們克服一下，帶着孩子又是三急問題我也不知道該怎麼克服，最後是我自己提出解決方案附近廁所門幫我打開，方便我們上廁所用 4.衞生一般，可能這是民宿的普遍現象吧，廁所堵了第二天還是我自己又發他們微信，又當面找人給我安排工作人員來修的，管家並沒有把我這事放心上 5.修廁所時候的大爺直接拿通馬桶的工具翻馬桶坐墊，阿姨直接拿毛巾擦坐墊和地板，雖然我也不會用外面的浴巾毛巾，但是親眼看着還是很不舒服的 6.馬桶疏通後也沒人刷馬桶，反正也就在住一晚，而且看到工作人員搞衞生的這種狀態，也就勉強算了，鋪上馬桶坐墊，有廁所上就可以了 7.我定的是3天兩晚的，剛才又説到廁所第一天晚上壞了沒得到解決，第二天早上來維修的，第二天晚上8點半後來了個男士説:由於房間設施不好，廁所管道要更換，所以他們要給我換房間。 但是説實話，當時已經天黑了，晚了一天也很累，對我們來説也就再住一晚上，並且我自己該消毒的，該攤出來的，該套的床單啥的都套了，已經不願意再換個房間了重頭再來一次了！ 如果這是第一天晚上發現馬桶堵了後第一時間要幫我更換的話才比較合適吧，所以最後我拒絕了，但是當我把不更換房間的決定發訊息給管家的時候也都不回覆了，入住時候説的是10點前有事情找管家，所以沒有回覆也是蠻奇怪的 9.下午茶還是可以的，但是人員管理有點問題，如比室內是可以抽煙的，不區分有煙無煙座，由於我們有孩子，遇到隔壁桌抽煙就希望工作人員協調下，但是反饋後沒解決，最後我們自己提早離開了 整體來説環境是可以的，服務是有的，但是還是有很多優化迭代的地方的
