The hotel was in a great location, a quick walk from Kensington High Street tube, and a pleasant 20mins walk to Notting Hill.
The hotel itself in entering was very pleasant, looked inviting (with a Starbucks to one side but still within the same atmosphere and decoration)
The staff were all friendly, concierge being the most willing and happy to help.
The room was a bit disappointing. Appeared very grey and dark on entrance, but everything was clean had what you needed. TV was opposite a small settee, but far more comfortable to sit in the bed so the tv was across to the right, feel the room was too small to have a settee/sitting area as it was immediately next to the door. Didn’t feel inviting. But after the initial disappointment it didn’t need to be much more for our needs.
We then used the pool area. Again a bit like the rooms this is a tired looking area, the pool sides stained and peeling bits here and there. The hot tub and steam room were both closed, but swam a few lengths and then used the sauna which was within the changing room area. Sauna was good hot enough too!
We were going to have room service as a bit of a novelty, but thought the bar area looked nicer to sit for an hour or so so had a meal there. This was the biggest disappointment and extremely over priced. I was possibly unlucky and ordered the wrong thing, but would not eat here again.
I ordered ‘Crushed avocado on a toasted bruschetta with slow roasted tomatoes’ and a side of chunky chips.
This can as a dollop of cheap guacamole on a slice of french basic baguette with half a cherry tom on top, 3 of these! I personally can’t eat guacamole on its own so had to scrape most of it off to then eat the bread (and only did because I was by then hungry)
Besides that I would stay again but would rather not have paid the price we did.

Interesting experience. Because I needed somewhere close to Imperial College London and only planned to rest for about seven hours, I chose this hostel for its excellent value for money. The four-bed room was a little stuffy and damp, but otherwise everything was fine.
Apartment was cosy and layout was great.
Bedroom was separate from the kitchen and dining space, bathroom small but manageable
Bed was comfortable and the heating/air conditioning was simple and easy to use
The tv was smart and modern, however it was placed in the dining area where we only had the dining chairs to enjoy, a small couch would have been better so we could relax and enjoy the tv or move it to the bedroom.

The room is quite spacious, which is a plus, but the facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. The elevators are incredibly slow and there are only two of them, which isn't enough for a hotel of this size. The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective at heating, and the soundproofing was poor. There's a construction site nearby, so it wasn't very quiet at night. Breakfast was really disappointing, very mediocre. On the bright side, the service was good, and the front desk staff were friendly. The hotel's location is decent; there's a large Tesco next door, and it's easy to catch a bus, though it's quite a distance from the subway station.

Ordered Mac n cheese as only had 3 choices to pick from when I called at 2230 even though it says menu listed is 24/7 and had a lot more on it but not available.Said £6.50 on menu and at check out they said it was £16.50 and a £5 tray charge! £21.50 in total for what is pictured and a below average version. Wont be doing that again. Also stayed for 4 nights and daughters room wasnt cleaned on the 3rd night or mine on the last.Over priced for what you get.

Location is fine, still the room is smaller than the listed size in the booking process (standard room), the bed ends up being attached on the wall on one side, there is a little table (very little) bringing 2 tea cups while the kettle must remain on the floor. the television is is likely 16 inches , which is the same of the basin in the bathroom. Shower is OK having a cabin. Details are overseen (wall paint, perch, curtains, carpets etc.. We understand for UK prices is what you get still it may be worth to have a look around

Overall, my stay was great! The reception was welcoming, and the room was nice and comfortable. The price was absolutely amazing! However, there were two issues: one of the skylights let in too much sunlight, and there was no way to block it, which was inconvenient. Also, the TV kept freezing and probably needs maintenance or adjustment. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay!
The environment is elegant and serene. In the mornings, when you open the window, the fragrant scent of flowers from the garden below wafts in. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, completely free of any noise. The facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The transportation is incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and even a hospital all within walking distance.
Both female staff members I encountered during check-in and check-out were exceptionally warm, gracious, and attentive 🌹. A truly satisfying stay! 👍

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight.
Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious.
Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

The hotel is quiet for sleeping and conveniently located for transportation. Right outside the lobby, there's a bus stop, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. Kensington Gardens is right next to the hotel, and if you walk down the street, you'll find attractions like Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace all along the way. The restaurant staff are enthusiastic and patient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in London. However, why hasn't my deposit been refunded to my account a whole month after checking out?

Great
TTongxinThe room was fantastic, with a really practical two-story layout. The kitchen downstairs was a lifesaver, fully equipped with all the utensils you could need. Having a washing machine, oven, and fridge made things incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices – you definitely won't go hungry. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserOpposite the hotel is the Holland Park subway station, which is super convenient to go to central London. The hotel is located next to Notting Hill and blends with the surrounding family homes. Looks elegant
The hotel is small in size but the internal environment is good. I live in Room 5 and open the window to see the scenery on the street. This floor was lived by two people at the time, and the public bathroom was relatively clean.
Overall, the experience is good, it is recommended that friends who have a limited budget or do not pursue a full service hotel come to stay.

GGuest UserWe arrived hotel early in the morning, intended to store baggages before starting tour. We were greeted warmly by hotel friendly staffs and our baggages safely kept in the store room. Out of our expectation, we were invited to the kitchen for free breakfast. Location of hotel is near to public transports. We can do simple cooking with microwave oven, toast bread and make drinks in the kitchen. We will stay here again when we come to London next time
