Good place to stay. Friendly, hospitable and kind staff. Accessible to Mall, wharf station and outside resto. Its just that we have no wifi inside our room need to go out of the room to have signal. But the place and staff are good.

So I went to bohol for a wedding and then after the wedding we stayed here in OYO 499. I did not set my expectations high because it was cheapest I can find. When I went inside the guy carried my things upstairs which is a plus since we are on the 3rd floor even without me telling him. The check out was also good and fast. What I did not like was the fact that the backup generators went on and off. So it went on for 1 to 2 hours then turned off and then went again for an hour then turned on again. Overall I know it was not their fault there is no electricity but would have been good if the generators were kept always on.

This hotel is good, the rooms are bigger and the facilities are more complete. The environment of the hotel is very good. On the first floor is a large restaurant similar to a coffee shop. But the breakfast is average, so it's a meal. There are two types to choose from, American or local, American is bread slices, and the local staple food is rice. The hotel is quiet, the only downside is that it is a bit far from the pier. But the hotel service is very good, knowing that we are going to the pier in the morning, we sent a car to take us there. The price does not feel expensive.

+: very affordable and walking distance to good restos such as Abi's and Jollibee and Old airport food park. Clean and orderly room (family room). Restroom is clean. Easy check in and check out process. Cool airconditioning. Quiet place. No breakfast included, which is ok for us. With cold complimentary bottled water for each guest. No TV inside the room, but it is ok for us because we don't need it. -: restroom faucet and sink leak. No trash bin inside the room except in the restroom.

It is also a habit of praise. I have lived in this store for 15 years. At that time, the equipment was quite new, and many girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic, so I chose to go back to live! I find it different! Spoiled a lot, only three staff left! Spending 180 RMB is equivalent to 30 domestic one night hotels! The two next door to his house are very good, and they moved directly the next day! A small hotel is a villa remodeled with fewer rooms and smaller rooms with simple facilities. The staff is very friendly, there is also a kettle, and you can see the estuary outside the window. The scenery is good. Hotel location is good, very close to the bridge.

The room was okay although the aircon was too noisy. It was tidy and cute. The location is perfect tho. It’s near the mall and bus station. The swimming pool is also great. It would’ve been better if my room was a little cuter.
