This is my secons time at this hotel and I will be sure to only stay here whenever I visit Tai'an. The hotel and facilities are in good condition and they have a nice gym in addition to a laundry facility.

On May Day, I took my family to climb Mount Tai for the first time. During the journey, the hotel butler contacted me specifically. When I arrived, I found that they had specially prepared snacks, fruits and daily necessities for us. They introduced the tour routes and transportation plans of Mount Tai. The butler's service was quite considerate. The hotel environment is also quite good, and the new Chinese style decoration is also very distinctive. It is a hotel worth recommending.

We took a taxi from the high-speed rail station, 13 kilometers away. If we go during the day, it is very close to the bus station, about 200 meters away. It is located at the entrance of Taohuayu. The room is big enough, the surrounding environment is very quiet, and it is very close to Tianping Lake. But the most important thing is that the bathing facilities are not good. It looks very high-end. There is a big bathtub, and the shower water is so small that I can't wash it well. It's very low. In terms of accommodation experience, the service is also very average. I said I asked someone to come up to check the shower, but no one came and there was no movement. Moreover, such an expensive room does not provide disposable bath mats. An aunty waiter said bluntly that they have to pay for it at their own expense. Although no one really cares about this thing, it was very uncomfortable to hear that it should have been provided. So many hotels provide it for free, so I can't talk about service and comfort. I can only give points to the environment, and other services are not satisfactory.

The staff and people around are extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere in a lovely place. This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..

Benefits: Overall like a resort, the room is large, there are many smart devices, the facilities are relatively new, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is very good, the family is still quite satisfied Disadvantages: There is no trash can in the house except the bathroom, and there is no hook or other place to put clothes in the bathroom. It may be due to the Internet. The TV has been stuck and cannot be watched.
