My recent stay at Atour Tai'an had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day out. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast was good too. However, there were some drawbacks. The hair dryer in the room had a tendency to overheat and stop working, requiring multiple cycles to dry my hair. Additionally, the absence of a heated bidet, a feature I've come to expect, was noticeable. Despite these issues, I would still recommend [Hotel Name] for its comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Improvement in these areas would make for an even better stay.

Praise, must praise! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! For a price of more than 300 yuan, I felt like I stayed in more than 1,000 yuan. The room is super big, the hygiene is in place, and the service is in place. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can also prepare ginger tea for guests to drive away the cold, which is really considerate. Two families traveled and arranged two adjacent rooms for us, which was very convenient for the children to play. Snacks, fruits and milk were prepared in the room, which was so heartwarming. In addition, breakfast is especially praiseworthy, with a variety of meat and vegetables, the wontons are especially delicious, and the fruit snacks are very fresh, and the children are very happy to eat. I stayed for two nights in a row, and my mood improved. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to find that they also helped to clean the car, which was really attentive. The parking lot is large enough, which makes me feel at ease.

The hotel looked and felt quite new, room was clean and service was very friendly. The location was close to tai mountain and breakfast was way above average.

Very good place to stay. Neat, clean, with all the conviencies (including hot pot with tea set and tea which you can ask for). I was also given two free bottles of water. The other points are concerning service; The owner provided me with useful information, led me to the closest entrance to TaiShan and after the long climbing process provided a ride back, which was really pleasant. After that day I slept like a child 🧒

The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is on a high floor with a wide view, the hotel buffet breakfast is rich and delicious, and a small gift is given at check-out, which is warm and considerate. I look forward to staying there next time!

A family of three went to Mount Tai to climb the mountain. Let me first say the conclusion. I recommend staying here. I will continue to consider staying here next time. Room facilities: The hardware conditions are very high. It can be seen that the hotel owner has spent a lot of money. Mitsubishi Electric elevator, Delong kettle, Dyson hair dryer, Kohler bathroom, comfortable shaver, Westinghouse air purifier and dehumidifier, mattress pillow is also very comfortable, hardware is full marks, even some five-star hotels are not so good. Cost-effective: high, such good hardware at this price, very high. Breakfast: average, dining experience is not good. There was a team staying on the day of check-in, and the breakfast could not keep up. Fried eggs and noodles could not keep up, and it was not just a general lack of keeping up. After 9 o'clock, many dishes were no longer available. It is normal for a team to check in and the dishes are fast, but they have to be refilled. We were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple. Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise. Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us. During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice. Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station. Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.

It's a nice little hotel with an ancient style building exterior. It is located at the end of the Heavenly Street and the South Heavenly Gate. The room is clean with large double beds, good for family guests. The room also features disposable slippers, tooth brushes and paste, and all you need to take a bath. The hotel states that a hot water shower needs 30 minutes to warm up for the next person although we didn't find that it'd take that long. The mountain air is cool and fresh. We visited at the end of June and needed to keep AC on heat to keep the room warm. The hotel provides wakeup service and organizes a tour group for those who want to see the sunrise. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish we had more time to stay on the mountain top for more than just one night.

This is the best four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is atmospheric and simple, with a super queen bed. It's also the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in a hotel. It comes with a robotic butler to help control all household facilities. The toilet is very spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. Very thoughtful with disposable toilet seat for our use. The front desk is also responsive, quick action, no drag, to deal with things cleanly.
