櫃檯服務人員親切 財神爺一直找人合影很有氣氛 客房男整理人員會親切的問候 中餐的魔術師逐桌給現做氣球 有感受到飯店的用心 隔日早餐若可以再豐盛點就太好了⋯

晚餐在禾憶餐酒館享用，主餐點戰斧豬排+海陸雙拼套餐。前菜、麵包、沙拉、甜點非常⋯普通！但是，主餐相當不錯，令人驚艷👍
客房整潔且空間滿大的！這次住的房號是239號房，門外有飲水機很方便。但是，時不時會聽到非常大聲機器運轉的聲音（持續約7-8秒），淺眠者建議不要住此號房！！！

臨時訂了這間，沒想到是很幸運的選擇！飯店櫃檯服務人員跟房務清潔人員都非常客氣以及敬業，房間裡面也很乾淨很大，特定樓層還有公共設施可以使用，自助式早餐也非常多樣化跟好吃，這次住宿的體驗非常好，下次還會再來。

因為參加大甲媽遶境活動臨時需住宿,沒想到意外發現這間在梧棲的酒店,不但位置安靜,方便停車,去梧棲漁港吃晚餐開車不到10分鐘,隔天可直接上西濱去大甲,完全閃過塞車人群,而且還升等真的是又驚又喜,自助式的buffet菜色OK,可惜稀飯的選擇配料太少,鳳梨及西瓜都很甜,最後就是值得大推,有機會還會再來的!

花了很昂貴的費用，卻覺得一點都不值得：
房間：
1. 沒啥設備
2. 洗衣一次要50元，烘乾還要10分鐘/10元
3. 說的好聽是環保，就是節省成本而已
4. 浴室水到處跑，地布放在地上是吸水的吧！
5. 拖鞋不如也別提供，根本沒消毒過唄⋯⋯
客房貴，卻在2樓平台，大家可以來看房間內喔⋯⋯這個房型還只有在2樓，其他便宜的房型反而在高樓層嗎？！這啥道理啊！
餐廳：
1.早餐還不錯吃，但；種類少，而且果汁摻水嚴重，烤麵包機還把麵包烤黑
2.給了我一張問卷，卻是老外已經寫過的東西，這樣，何苦要做問券調查？
一家新的飯店卻這麼讓人失望

服務人員態度有禮親和，硬體設備新穎乾淨，房間內環境舒適，淋浴和廁所分開設計方便
飯店距離梧棲漁港約有十分鐘的車程，距離高美濕地約二十分鐘，
