As the hotel is a bit old and the shopping center downstairs is actually without much shops to shop around. The trigger point is the Ms Sung 宋小姐at the reservation department. When I asked about change of dates from summer higher season to lower Sept season without asking for a refund ,instead of hearing at least an apology for not able to change, she actually scolded me in the whole conversation. Very seldom kind of service that would happen in this competitive market. Not to mention I am a frequent visitor to this hotel before. So the alternative is to choose the newer hotel at a more convenient spot. Forget this one. Not recommended"

One thing that may require improvement is the pillow is too low other than that, we have nothing else to complain.
