This home stay is at a very convenient location .
There is no problem in moving around and getting food .
The only negative is a little run down .

對於小資族很滿意～ 雖然後續想要在定也看不到一樣的價格了～ 到夜市非常方便很適合沒有推車又帶小孩的家庭，到科博館也不算遠，配合的停車場走路走一趟10分鐘左右。

預定房間後的服務非常親切且貼心，給予客人隱私空間，也能關照到顧客的需求，下次來台中還想訂 （想反映無線網路的部分，房門後的資訊是錯誤的，所以沒辦法連上，有點可惜，希望可以更新資訊）

訂購雙人房，入住時有2張雙人床，空間很大
大門及房間門都是電子鎖，入住前會告知密碼，商家還有自製周邊食物及停車場的ppt，非常貼心～
如有大型行李的人要考慮一下，因為沒有電梯
