Dubai Villa Motel Reviews

Room had a really bad musky plus cigarette smell. Carpets were absolutely dirty. Toilet area is very dim and dark. There is no way to adjust the a/c thermostat and we were freezing for the first two nights, and we were told by the staff to just switch off the a/c if it’s too cold. Generally the room is very run down and we will never book this place again. We paid for six nights originally (non-refundable) and we checked out after the second night. The two nights have been an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs. I’m not sure why the rating for the hotel is that high, very strange!

The space is spacious and there is a jacuzzi. The breakfast is delicious and rich~^_^ The service to customers is friendly. I will choose this hotel to stay again next time I have a chance:)

Today is our fourth night of this family trip. The hotel where we stayed the night before was also a motel. The children always looked forward to the surprise every time the door opened. The business family room in the motel was sunny and the lights were dim. So my expectations for the hotel I’m staying at tonight have dropped a bit😆 But something I never expected! The family suite in the stylish and fashionable hotel in Dubai is amazing. The layout is very large and comfortable, and the bathroom is surprisingly large. The room number I stayed in this time is 511. Next door is a children's play area and a gym. In addition, for breakfast, go to the restaurant on the second floor. The kitchen aunt is very good at cooking and the service is also friendly. Will come again next time I visit

There were so many mosquitoes, 4 of them were killed with blood on them! It must have been a mosquito that bit me!

There are a lot of ants, not too clean, the facilities are OK, and the room is large. There are very few choices for hotel breakfast, nothing delicious, but the character is okay.

The bed is big, the room is very clean, and the breakfast food is relatively monotonous.

The business family room is clean and bright. Pets are allowed. The cleaning fee is 600. It is very reasonable. It is a 30-minute drive from the city. It is a bit far. There are few restaurants nearby. I will choose one near the city next time. Then I compared prices after booking and found agodo was cheaper 😞

Convenient parking and close to the night market in the city

We booked a king room and after they contacted us using Google translate saying that we need to check out at noon and we could check back in at 6pm. Apparently they let other people rent the room by the hour. We have a 2 year old and they never said we would have to check in and out until after we paid 3,600+ nt for the room. Plus, with Covid I don't want people to have just been in my room sleeping in the bed and everything else.... When I complained they tried to move us to a cheaper room with no refund or compensation for it being the business double which is a big step down from the king with parking underneath. They don't speak English at all and it was really frustrating. I saw another review saying they did the same thing to them on Google, but apparently they didn't think about the price difference.

You can also sing, which is fun. The bathroom is huge and the bed is directly on the floor. It’s very special.

The double bed is made of two single beds pushed together. One side of the bed is high and the other is low. The seam in the middle is very uncomfortable. After a long day, I couldn't sleep well at night. I won't consider this room in the future.

Overall it's good~it's a plus to have a massage spa. There's also free breakfast in the morning. It's great to have breakfast the next day after the battle! The breakfast was pretty good. I was quite satisfied. I stayed in Room 302 this time. I don’t know if it was a problem with the air conditioner in the room. It felt unusually cold. Other than that, everything was great!

The TV signal is intermittent, the hot water for bathing is too small, and the sound insulation is weak. Not bad in other aspects
