房間蠻大的，床跟枕頭算舒服，住在12樓，風景還不錯，浴室也有乾濕分離，房卡只有一張，唯一的缺點就是會跳電，吹風機使用到一半跳電，詢問櫃台人員表示插頭插太多會自動跳電，但其實也只用了2個插頭而已，但後續處理速度不算太慢。

櫃台服務訓練有嚴重問題
入住報到當天就講很清楚會延遲退房，也問清楚每延遲一小時200元，並已取得櫃台同意***不須通知退房***，待退房時一起結算差額。
隔天到了預設退房時間來電要求先給3小時就算了(第一次打擾)，3小時到又要求如果還沒退要補錢(第二次打擾)。
如果怕賴帳可以先收訂金，不用這樣一直打電話討錢，或是乾脆一點不同意延遲退房，客戶要求***不要通知退房***一定有原因，不能配合我們自己會找別間。
就算櫃台交接怕帳務有問題，也不需要一直打擾客人。最後一小時本人被太座客訴電話call回，親自出面時還敢問怕打擾客戶是否要通知退房，都已經打擾到底了問有何用。
前一天已取得櫃台同意***不須通知退房***還一直被打擾，我被老婆大人遷怒，在外面公務行程不順利還要處裡太座的客訴電話，這都是因為櫃台便宜行事所致
還有住兩個人只有一張門禁卡，一人外出時如果不想斷電卡片要留在屋內，回來時需要請櫃台幫忙開門非常不方便。
