"The room was really dirty, and the nightstands were tiny. The soundproofing on the door was terrible. The bathroom walls and corners had a lot of dirty spots. The hotel atmosphere was also really unpleasant, making it impossible to relax. There was a faint musty smell in the hallway, and my nose would get slightly irritated every time I passed through—the hygiene was just awful. However, the guy who checked me in was adorable and had a great attitude; he was wearing a cute hair clip. The luggage storage during checkout was also very thoughtful; they even helped me tie a small tag on my bag. Overall, it’s not a recommended choice. People who are particular about cleanliness and hygiene should definitely reconsider."

"This hotel has a pretty good location; you can walk directly from Tainan Station, it's not far at all. The staff here are very kind and lovely. There are complimentary snacks available for all guests in the lobby on the first floor. The staff provided excellent recommendations for everything, including detailed instructions on house rules, how to use the room, and how to operate the hot and cold water system in the room. The bedroom size is just right, and there's a TV. The area around the hotel is a bustling community with many shops. If I have the chance to visit Tainan again, I would definitely stay here. It's really great, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Tainan!"

"Excellent stay. Delicious breakfast. Although the hotel a bit old but well maintained. They provide pastry as supper at 2100H. Spacious room, clean bathroom and comfortable blanket. Strategic location, just opposite Tainan Railway station. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. So far my best hotel (with affordable price) during my Taiwan trip. Definitely will come back during my next visit."

My two-night stay in Tainan unfortunately coincided with city-wide school and business closures. ## Service We were greeted with welcome fruit upon arrival, and the hotel staff were lovely, offering excellent service and a very polite attitude. ## Cleanliness The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. ## Environment The environment was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. It's situated right across from Hayashi Department Store. Tainan's city center isn't vast, and Anping Old Street is easily accessible to the west. Plus, it's conveniently close to Tainan TRA Station (train station)."

"What a gem! Hidden in the quiet neighbourhood of Anping area, this is one of the top service orientation accommodation we have experienced. Pricing is a premium but worth every penny! The room we stayed in is spotlessly clean with a nice view of the Anping area. Just a 10mins walk to the Anping market where you can find lots of local eateries. The restaurant serves fabulous breakfast and the service from the hotel staff is 5 star rating! They remember your drinks preference and has not once mixed up our orders in the 3 days of breakfasts and afternoon tea for 4 of us. Impressive! Lack of a Gym is a downside but overall it is such a great find for our short vacation in Tainan. Kudos to a great team of hospitality professionals! At the Reception - Sandy, William, Linda, At Breakfast restaurant - Amy, Emma, At afternoon tea lounge - Katsu. A daily change of the afternoon tea menu would have elevated the experience even more though😋"
