A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful.
They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full.
Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

Perfect place for familes with young kids! There is outdoor and indoor kids facilities that can keep them fully entertained! Location is v good, 5min walk to 誠實鍋燒 & 阿堂鹹粥~

Lovely hotel in a central location. Rooms were big with big and soft beds with huge TV. Staff were a delight and well trained. Would stay here again for having zero problems

Very kids friendly hotel. The indoor and outdoor facilities kept the kids fully entertained especially the little train. Location is also very good, with it right beside Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and also many attractions nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Was worried it may be noisy and messy as it is a kid-family oriented hotel, but it is actually very peaceful, no noise and well organized. Will want to return to stay here again in the future if I come back to Tainan.

The service attitude of the counter staff was very good and they patiently answered any questions I had. I am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. If I have a next trip to Tainan, Heyi Hotel will be my best choice. Very happy.
