They didn’t change the bedsheets before we checked in. When we were about to go to bed, we noticed stains and hair strands on the bedsheets. We called the number provided at Level 1 because there were no staff at the front desk. Thankfully, someone came to replace the bedsheets, but the experience had already made us very uncomfortable. The only solution the hotel could offer that night was to replace the bedsheets. They did offer to move us to another room the following day after I lodge a complaint to trip.com, but by then we didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing and unpacking everything again. This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel, but it will definitely be our last. The hotel’s response to my review was simply that they had changed the bedsheets. However, I have photos and videos clearly showing the stains and hair strands on the bedsheets, so I’ll leave them here for everyone to make their own judgment. I do want to give credit to Trip.com for their excellent customer service. They followed up closely on our complaint and offered a small amount of compensation, which I appreciated.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Guohua Street for Tainan's famous snacks. It's a charming, compact hotel, and the room size is quite generous. Although breakfast is included, the selection is a bit limited and simple. But hey, when you're in Tainan, you've got to try the local breakfasts! So, having a little something at the hotel before heading out for a local breakfast nearby is a good plan!

The space was comfortable, and I loved the bidet toilet and powerful hairdryer. They even provided instant noodles, drinks, and snacks. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to the Garden Night Market, and you can also rent bicycles. Parking is available. The breakfast was really rich and delicious – I accidentally ate too many pastries! The restaurant space is large, and there's also water available for refills.

This hotel is conveniently located near several popular attractions in Tainan. Chihkan Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, and Guohua Street is about a 10-minute stroll, with lots of great food options nearby! Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!
