Clean place that is close to Ximending street markets with very good air conditioning. The hotel also offers free snacks downstairs which is a lovely touch. Only noticeable downsides are the paper thin walls which unfortunately mean you can hear every step and drip of water from your neighbours. The wifi was also extremely temperamental. Overall good location with a clean room for a great price.

I highly recommend le room because it has a nice location and the room is clean as well. Near attractions.

I wasn’t surprised by the standards of this property; I was surprised, instead, by how I only starting checking the most recent reviews days before my check-in😂 Anyway, it appeared that the majority of the better ratings of the hotel were for its pre-COVID situation years ago. In recent months, the property had deteriorated tremendously in terms of overall standard. Just to least some of the more prominent issues - the towels were dirty, the bed was dirty, the bathroom was EXTREMELY SMALL (the bathtub was kid-sized; you definitely won’t want to soak in it). The ceiling was also mouldy so that was quite gross. The room was definitely not worth its price and you can find better properties in the surrounding area with the same price or just a bit more money.

Changed us to a small room with spoilt toilet door locks.

The room (201) is clean. You can hear the sound of the TV next door and the noisy traffic on the road, even in the middle of the night. The air conditioner can be adjusted by yourself. It is very cool and comfortable. All the necessary supplies are available. The price is not bad. good!

The hotel is easy to travel to from MRT XIMEN Exit 1, just walk straight, but it's still a distance from Ximending. The staff are good and can ask for information. In the lobby there is a large map showing various tourist attractions, making traveling easier. Drinking water, tea, coffee, fruit juice and snacks are available 24 hours a day, making it possible to save a lot on water and snack costs. The room is on the 6th floor and has a large window. The room is small and has little space for luggage. The bathroom has a sink, shampoo, liquid soap, and hair dryer. There is no closet, but there is a place to hang clothes instead. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, many electrical outlets, no need to carry a converter, very convenient. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the shower water is strong, can be used both hot and cold. Overall, I like it. There is a chance to go back. Take another break.

Friends who like to travel around the city slowly on their own feet or live in a quiet environment may consider Le Room. There are Ubikes available for rent at the nearby bus station.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Ximen Station. The accommodation is clean, and when looking for directions, just use the le room hotel sign!
