Suitable for short and budget stay.
The room was clean and nice yet old. Equiped with water heater, air-conditional, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, Fridge, cutlery set, steam iron, clothes hangers, microwave, slippers, etc....It is convenient as there is Family Mart and 7-11 stores at downstair and near to XMD MRT. Friendly security guard at lobby.
Nevertheless, my stay was disturbed by the stinky sewage smell for the first few days. After spotting the 2 un-covered holes beside the toilet bowl (with linked to the sewage), we got it sealed by tapes and no more stinky smell. Hopefully owner get it solved permanently.
