this is a great hotel, in a very good location, very close to subway so super easy to go everywhere. Wifi is very good, restaurants and convenience store around the hotel are numerous, Hotel staff is very nice, really helpful people, rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, Japanese style, all very clean and tidy I will definitely be back

The hotel overall is very nice, offering many daily necessities. There are convenience stores, bus stops, and MRT stations nearby, but there is a lack of good food options. The hotel provides a wide range of daily necessities, and even offers unlimited complimentary mineral water. You can also change towels daily and there's a self-service laundry facility available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean room with awesome Japanese shower/bath tub. They don’t clean your room to be environmentally friendly but they do hang the amenities outside your room. It was a pity that slight earlier check in at 2.35pm wasn’t available (probably due to room availability) but overall a great experience

The location is very good, very close to the MRT station. There are many supermarkets around. There are also many delicious food. Clean every other day. It would be better if you can clean and sweep every day. Nice Japanese restaurant.

Simple and comfortable management If I go to Taiwan next time, I will add it to my list of hotel choices. The waiters are very high-quality and understand Mandarin and Japanese. Give it a like! 

The bath has a washing area, so you can feel like you're back home and relieve your fatigue. The front desk staff spoke Japanese, which was very helpful. I'd like to use the bath again.

The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The price will not be raised arbitrarily and we hope it can be maintained.

Hotel service is very good. Still satisfied with my second stay. But the cleanliness is a bit worse than the first time. Still acceptable though. It's just that the air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. The pillows and beds were very comfortable.

Just go straight and cross the road from Exit 1 of the MRT station. The road is flat and it is very convenient to carry your luggage to the hotel. The room is as shown in the picture. It is quite spacious. The Japanese-style bathroom is very dry and nice. The room is cleaned every other day. There is not enough toilet paper. It is not like Japanese-style hotels that provide skin care products.

The hotel is very close to the MRT station. It takes about 2 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the third floor. The staff is very friendly. There is also a 7-11 downstairs, which is very convenient.

Please note that this hotel will charge a penalty of $600 if you do not come down by the check-out time. When booking a room on Trip.com, the hotel did not clearly state it, and it was not written clearly on the confirmation email I received after booking. When you check in after arriving at the hotel, the staff will tell you that you need to check out at 12 noon, but they will not tell you that there will be a fine if you check out late. It was already 12:45 noon when I came down to hand over my room card, and the staff informed me that there would be a $600 fine. He said that I had not read the room reservation policy clearly, and he said that there was a fine written on the room card cover. I was speechless and said that if I had known about this clause, I would not have booked this hotel at all.  I know it's wrong for me to be late, but do I need to be fined? There are so many rooms on one floor, so it’s not necessary to clean up my room first, right?
