Cityinn Hotel Plus Ximending Branch Reviews

Room is small but decent in this area of Ximen. It is close to the attractions and food places in the area. However during the night I heard a bang and realised that the towel rack in the toilet had come apart. Seems like there is a lot of rusty fittings and worn out features in the toilet (maybe due to humidity and age) so things are coming apart. That being said, service at the hotel was impeccable and they provided free noodles at night and snacks at the basement

This was my second stay here. It's super close to Ximending, just across the street, and the MRT station is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Taipei.

Location is just 5 mins from Ximen Station (exit 3 or 4). Super friendly and helpful staff! Room itself is small but just nice if you are out constantly. Has what I need. No wardrobe but a 5-hook rack and hangers are available - team need to think how to optimise this area for guests especially if there 2 or more guests in the room. There is a basement space to chill and have your own meals. It is open 24 hours and complete table and chairs and come with hot, cold and warm drinking water, cold milk tea and lemon tea, and coffee machine. Washing machines, dryers with detergents and nets, ironing board and steamer available free for guest use. Definitely a good choice!

Very near to bustling ximending shopping street, no noisy sound at night. Family room can fit 4 adults comfortably. We take turns to open our luggage 😁 Toilet is clean and spacious with bidet. We love that.

The biggest selling point for this hotel is definitely the location. I had a fantastic time staying in Ximending and went there every night. The hotel is literally walking distance from it. It's also very near to Ximen station, so i had no problem getting on the MRT. That said, the room is VERY small. I had the triple room and we could barely move. It was just very very cramped. There's not even a proper wardrobe, just a few hooks in the wall. I have no problem with the cleanliness though.

Very Appreciate about my request for stay 810room same last time again, best staff service from hotel arrange for me, and  I booking online the Dyson air purifier delivered to hotel, staff is take care for me to receive. I already stay Cityinn Ximen 3times, thank you so much for everytime!

Super location just across the road from Ximending walking street. Small room without window is fine but sound proof is really bad. The hotel won’t provided amenities eg tooth brush tooth paste, shower cap, comb.

Perfect location for Taipei , next to metro to get everywhere around the city , only thing I would suggest is upgrade to Room with window or more space as the basic room was very small and no light is hard for the mornings

The location is fantastic. Front desk also gave a warm welcome. Laundry machine with detergent, light snacks, hot drinks, and supper noodles are complimentary. The toilet is a little strange in design, perhaps due to space constraints the toilet door must be closed in order to stand in front of the sink. The “tub-shower” design is also unique but you need to be very careful getting in and out due to the steps and some tiles have chips which required extra caution with kids around. Overall would recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff and amenities.

Strategically located for solo travelers, with easy access to nearby train stations. The hotel offers convenient facilities such as complimentary coffee, snacks, and laundry services, making it an ideal and hassle-free choice for travelers.

Highly recommended, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Walking distance to Ximending

Everything was great. There are free washing machine, near MRT and elevator, free noodles at 10pm, free coffee and chocolate drinks. However, their bed and pillow are not comfortable for my back.
