下午六點左右到達酒店，卻説房間還沒有整理好，是因為上一位客人續了幾個小時，但我們早已經預訂了房間，明明不應該出現這種情況，在大廳等待二十分鐘左右才進去。跟攜程客服説後也有反饋。
房間衞生整體還行，但桌子上有痕跡，保潔説弄不掉，馬桶墊上應該是之前客人粘的墊子，痕跡也存在。但沐浴液洗髮水沒有及時補充，還是打電話詢問才找到並送上來的。
環境在小區一側，底下有停車場，繞到對面還是挺熱鬧的，晚上在街邊走走也挺好，有挺多小攤夜市。離晉祠，植物園開車二十多分鐘就到了。
前台工作人員樓層保潔人員服務態度都特別好。

地下停車場到酒店大堂需要爬2層樓，行李多的可以車停在路邊卸完行李再去地下停車場，可是那天我們趕上太原一直下雨，且酒店門口的路比較窄，雙向兩個車道，門口停着也比較堵塞交通。地下停車場是多家公用的，可能是下雨返潮，地下停車場騷氣沖天，可見到底有多少人在裏面小便。
房間玻璃是磨砂的，這和沒有窗户一樣，真讓人壓抑，而且我們訂的房間是帶窗户的，這和不帶沒有什麼兩樣。
早餐很簡單，麪條竟然要自己下，而且這個下麪條的電鍋水都是涼的，就是你想自己下也得現燒開水。煮雞蛋有剩的，有的雞蛋扒出來黃外面一層是深色的。
周圍吃飯很方便，太原有名的館子分店有幾家都在周圍1.5公里。
早餐券倆人，就給一張，還説我們可能就登記一個人的事，兩個人刷臉身份證，難道還能有錯嗎？雖然最後補了

酒店設施比較新 距萬象城有些距離 房間內的地面不算乾淨 馬桶坐下就有咕咚的聲音 估計是底部不夠平整 早餐很一般 電梯裏地面不乾淨 有難聞的氣味 據説是前一天的晚上有喝多嘔吐的

房間乾淨整潔，服務員態度很好，酒店坐落於小型商業街，隔壁的二分八飯店吃的乾淨不貴，對面有美容店（52元半小時按摩面膜不錯）超市也在隔壁比較方便。性價比高。

方間整潔，住起來比較舒適，酒店門口附近吃飯的地方非常多，應有盡有，火鍋、炒菜、小吃一條街等等，想吃的口味全都有，非常方便。
