Wyndham Taiyuan Jiurun

This is a hotel worth recommending. It is not only well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and has a friendly environment, but every waiter, whether the doorman, front desk or guest room, is warm and considerate, greeting you with a smile, and giving you the feeling of going home. The catering on the seventh floor and the buffet on the sixth floor are also good. The traditional craftsmanship is worthy of praise! Next time I go to Taiyuan, I will choose you again.

The front desk service was okay, and the hotel was indeed beautifully decorated. However, the decoration smell was too strong, and the room smelled so bad that I couldn't stay in it. I even moved to another room, but it still smelled like air freshener. The room is quite big, and the toiletries are very good, all from famous brands. But the room lacks a trash can. My dear, the point is that the hygiene is so bad... Didn’t anyone in the hotel check it? I seriously doubt that 🤔️none of the mirrors are clean, they are all fingerprints 😭 and there are stains on the sheets! Breakfast is pretty good 😄

The hotel is within walking distance to the museum, which is very convenient for people who want to go out for fun. There is also a library and natural history museum next to the museum. This hotel is very good for taking children out. The view of the hotel is also very good. You can see the landmark office buildings and the night view of Fenhe River, which is beautiful.

When I came to Taiyuan for the first time, I felt the customs and customs of Taiyuan for the first time. Especially after arriving at the hotel, the service staff were very warm and thoughtful. They talked about many history, culture and monuments of Taiyuan. The room was very comfortable, and the decoration was unique and high-end. There is a restaurant where the food is pretty good. The service attitude is very good and the decoration design is also beautiful. It is understandable that it feels a little like decoration. But 1. There is only one bathroom trash can in the room of more than 40 square meters, which is not very convenient. Every time, you have to turn sideways to open the glass door and bend down to the corner of the toilet to throw out the trash. 2. The three-in-one Nescafe instant coffee for breakfast didn’t feel right, so I added a coffee spoon and stirring stick. I mixed it directly with a coffee bag, hahaha 3. There is no basic equipment for sterilizing tableware. The waiter took the chopsticks out of an unoccupied corner and gave them to me.

離山西博物院很近，停車方便。五星級酒店的硬件設施，完全沒得説，衞生也很好。就是房間稍稍有點裝修的味道，還有電梯門顏色能不能統一一下？問題還是在軟件上，首先態度非常好，可以説無可挑剔，主動送了早餐，退房送小點心，延時退房也很痛快。可能是新開的酒店，管理經驗不足：餐廳早餐佈局很不合理，餐桌收拾也不及時；退房超時了，先到前台處理房卡，讓我直接上樓，可是房門打不開；退房報車牌號，也看他處理了，車庫還是出不去，又打電話處理後才出去，總之業務還要再提高。最後點贊客房服務員，因為退房超時門刷不看，她正在打掃衞生，核對完訊息才讓我們取行李，還禮貌的中止工作離開房間，等我們收拾行李，很專業得體。

位置很好！走到山西博物館衹需要五六分鐘，去哪裡都很方便。衞生很乾凈、設施都很新，房間大住着也舒服。服務很好不但給贈送了水果和免費早餐、臨走的時候還送了一盒小點心。下次去的話還會選擇！

因為安排了半天參觀博物院，所以定了距離最近的酒店，而酒店窗口就能看到山西博物院，非常方便。 沒想到酒店的服務非常周到，餐飲也不差，有三種菜系可以選擇，符合南方人的口味。

酒店旁邊是文興路，打車去鐘樓街遊玩很方便，過個橋就到，門口還有公交車，換乘也能達到。雖然挨着馬路但是房間卻很安靜，挺不錯。出去玩前台小姐姐還能幫忙寄快遞，給他們的服務點贊。
