The hotel room is clean but unfortunately it still have smoking smell though we request for a non smoking room

The hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable! Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here! Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

Having lived in private residence at an overseas Pullman Hotel, this Pullman is different. Pros: - Very professional, presentable, helpful, prompt, and well spoken multi-lingual staff at reception and breakfast (staff member Ivo is exemplary of these qualities, also Zhao fengpei (gentlemen on the door who helped me with my bag and the car door), and the gentleman that was by the door at check-in who helped expedite the check-in process). - Comfy beds and pillows. - The softest and best bathrobes! - Yoga mat in the room in a nice touch Cons: - A general issue across most hotels is enforcing the non-smoking policy. Unfortunately there was a group of men smoking in the lobby (despite the non-smoking signs), one elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, the a/c seemed to recirculate this smell, and I had to change rooms the second day as the smell of old cigarette smoke was embedded into the pillows and you could smell it every time you walked into the room. Therefore it triggered my asthma. Although they were very busy, I was able to change rooms after the first night. - Unfortunately the executive lounge was not open and your only other option is the lobby. - No spa - Only one restaurant open at night and no room service - Is in need of more regular general maintenance Room for improvement: - While the lounge is unavailable it would be helpful to communicate this to your executive room guests when checking-in or on the booking website which it wasn’t. My husband had to prompt this conversation at check-in. But it was clear there was no set alternative, that is, just go to the lobby lounge and have what you like (no timing, no specifics). This led to confusion for the staff members in the lounge. To save time for staff and the customer, a simple bulleted list on an A4 sheet is what Kempinski do. Perhaps a note on the guests profile or the room number should suffice. - Slightly envious that the other reviewers were upgraded. We were supposed to be upgraded from the executive room for free as a platinum member but that never happened. However, it was good that Kelly offered the minibar, and some drinks and cakes at the lobby lounge as free. - Also, our first executive room 1710 was dark, windows were filthy, it was run down and had no Nespresso machine (compared to 1805 which was the same room type but a lot better).

Very friendly front desk staff. The local was ideal near a mall and shops. Breakfast was a good mix of western and Chinese style foods.

The parking lot elevator and the guest room elevator are not interoperable. You need to go to the first floor to transfer to the elevator. There are 4 elevators in the guest room area, and it is very convenient to wait for the elevator. Hygiene: The standard and service of a star-rated hotel, the room is spotless, and there is no dust even in the cabinet. I once put the garbage next to the trash can next to the elevator in the corridor. After a while, I found that the garbage had been cleaned up when I took the elevator. Environment: The hotel is in a good location, just next to the expressway, and it is only a few hundred meters after exiting the expressway. It should be noted that the road at the entrance of the hotel is not big, but just follow the navigation. The hotel is next to residential areas and schools, and only one side faces the street, but the sound insulation is very good, and you can't hear the sound of the road, the corridor and the next door. Facilities: Parking is very convenient, there is an exclusive underground parking lot, just navigate to the hotel directly, and the entrance and exit of the parking lot is next to the hotel lobby. There is a refrigerator in the room with drinks and snacks, many sockets, spare latex pillows in the cabinet, and body lotion next to the bathtub. Breakfast: The breakfast is great, the restaurant is very large, I stayed during the May Day holiday, but there was a seat for breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor both mornings. The restaurant has noodles, wontons, fried rice and fried dumplings, bread, steamed noodles, various fruits, side dishes, drinks, fruits, a large pot of mutton soup, and two coffee machines. In short, the food is rich in variety, the food is served quickly, the restaurant staff is very thoughtful, and they will help make coffee and send it to the seat, and the speed of cleaning the dishes is also very fast. Surroundings: Next to it is R&F Plaza, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It takes 2 minutes to drive there. The car can be parked in the underground parking lot of the mall. There is a Shanxi specialty store called Gongtianxia on the first floor, and the things are good.

Second time staying here. The hardware standard of the hotel is very high. The basin and bathtub are both from Villeroy & Boch. However, the faucet handles are a bit loose. In fact, it is not a big deal if you simply tighten them. In addition, the Toto shower equipment is very ordinary. There is scale clogging and water spraying randomly. Other than that, it is generally good. It has been open for so long, and the overall maintenance is not bad. Especially the bath towels are still very thick and comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied

It's really good. The hotel is located at the junction of North Central Ring Road and East Central Ring Road, next to the expressway, with convenient transportation. The hotel is not expensive, and the standard room includes two breakfasts. The room is clean and tidy. The desk is small, which is a bit inconvenient to put things. The bed is soft and comfortable. There are two fiber pillows, one thin and one thick. The bathroom area is relatively large and has a bathtub. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor is a fusion of Chinese and Western, especially the various small cakes and breads are quite rich. The hotel is in a good location, opposite to R&F Plaza, and there is a highway after two turns, which is convenient for self-driving tours.

The hotel facilities and rooms are good. I will consider staying here next time. Although it is a little far from Tianmei, the five-star quality and service are also good. Fruits were also given. I will stay here again next time.
