Fairfield by Marriott Taiyuan South

The room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for getting around. It was definitely the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shanxi. 👍

The location is excellent, and the hotel environment is upscale and grand. It was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at in Shanxi. My family was very satisfied, especially since we had to catch an early high-speed train and couldn't dine in for breakfast. The hotel proactively offered to pack it for us, and the service was incredibly warm and friendly. I highly recommend it to travelers arriving at or departing from Taiyuan South Station.

The room is spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. Conveniently located, it's just a 5-minute walk to Taiyuan South Railway Station. The service attitude is excellent and very responsive. I will definitely choose Fairfield by Marriott again next time.

The room was spacious and the location was great—right next to the South Railway Station, making it super convenient for traveling around Shanxi by train. Excellent value for money and outstanding service; they even provided a complimentary welcome fruit platter. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

It's really close to the South Railway Station, but so far from the South Railway Station subway! You have to walk through 3 of those 'death passages', so anyone planning to take the subway should be aware. The breakfast was good though.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I particularly liked the long bench design that wraps around the room; it's great for sitting and also for placing luggage. I was especially pleased with the bathroom and shower – the showerhead had excellent water pressure.

This hotel is super close to Taiyuan South Station, just a few minutes' walk. The service is also excellent.

The hotel environment was really nice, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The room amenities were very new, and both the soundproofing and overall environment were excellent. It's conveniently located right across from Yincheng, making dining very easy!

Great stay and very convenient location. The space is large and comfortable. It's located right near the South Railway Station. Clean and tidy, and the surroundings are very quiet too. The facilities are fully equipped, except that the breakfast options are a bit limited.
