Where do I begin 🤦🏽‍♀️. Here I was returning from somewhere and I was so tired that I decided to sleep for just a night before going to my destination. This wasn't my first time staying here so I wasn't worried. The first time I was with a friend and upon reaching there we were attended to by someone who could speak some English and even got an upgrade on the room and breakfast was okay. But this time was worse than horrible, upon reaching there I had to wait about 20 mins at the front desk for someone to show up cos there was no one there like whaaaat! Finally someone came and while I was waiting on him other people came and the gentleman just ignores me and attends to other local guests I was so mad and I just knew that was it I'm never coming back there. After who knows how long I went to the room and it was tiny which I guess cos it was the cheapest room. I just went to bed and around 6pm I hear a key swiped at my door and this woman walks in, sees me and goes back out. ***! I was petrified. I mean even if it was a mistake and you got the wrong room why should the key be able to open my door. I couldn't sleep all night because I didn't know if that would happen again and expecting to receive a call to clarify this nonsense but nothing! I finally was able to sleep around 3am and about 6am I was awoken by this horribly painfully loud noise, I felt like crying. I don't know if it was repairs being done or whatever could cause that noise and if the place was even sound proofed. My first time there wasn't bad at all so I had no idea wth was happening this time around. I am so disappointed and I'm not going back there.
