服務大幅下滑，基本上每次到山西出差都住宜必思，本次超級不滿意，預訂了大床房，晚上11點多到，本來就很疲憊，前台告知預訂的房間已有人入住，讓我核對是否認識；在前台等待，後經催促，另外開了房間，發現是雙床房，又跟前台溝通調整，結果調整到樓道最裡麪的房間，房間的被子還有污跡，整個過程非常不愉快。

從北京一路開到太原古縣城、玩兒了一圈本來找了個酒店結果給我打電話又住不了、結果乾脆開遠點兒就選了宜必思、春節這個日子口兒三百的價格真的太香了、唯一遺憾的是沒有早餐、因為都回家過年了吧也能理解、但是有給我們煮水餃、房間沒有小朋友的拖鞋給前台打電話結果機器人送來了兩雙、環境不錯也比較乾淨總體很滿意。
