服務態度不錯，辦事效率特別的高，每位工作人員都彬彬有禮的，很不錯。衞生乾淨，床也特別舒服，還有零壓枕頭，正合我意，還有房間都是全智能的，可以控制窗簾，燈光，電視，房間內的馬桶也是全智能的，很方便。房間裝修很不錯，色彩明亮，房間內乾濕分離，設計很合理，洗漱台上有個紫色的袋袋，裝各種的洗漱用品，挺不錯。大廳裝修也特別的明亮，優雅又不失情調，琳琅滿目得酒水擺滿整個枱麪，各種酒杯掛在酒架上，很是漂亮，大廳晚上還有駐唱，坐在窗户邊上喝着酒，聽着音樂，望着外頭的沒景，很是愜意，哈哈哈，這個特色我很喜歡。位置也很不錯，在這附近離各大商場都特別近，去哪兒也比較方便，打車去南站衹用15分鐘左右，很方便，總之一句話，強烈推薦大家

第二次來這個酒店，上一次住的感覺還不錯，這次就過來了，果然沒有讓我失望，服務還是一如既往的好，衞生也是一如既然的好，經常出差的人非常適合選擇，價位相對於位置來説，也説的過去，房間的裝修風格也比較新穎，色彩明亮，挺不錯的一個酒店

多次從攜程預訂酒店，次次都非常舒適安心。是我來太原的一個忠實選擇。
現在因為疫情管控加強，樓下一層會核驗進出人員的健康碼和行程碼，逐個排查登記讓我覺得非常安全。酒店環境整潔乾淨房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理。算周邊同等級酒店中的佼佼者。
每一位服務員彬彬有禮，熱情周到，從前台的辦理入住到打掃房間的阿姨，主動問候，多次詢問水是否夠喝，叮囑外出注意防疫，很感動非常貼心。
喜歡住這裏的一個重要的原因是晚上駐唱清吧，有位女歌手在12層大廳駐唱，音樂，美酒，白天一整天的匆忙之後晚上夜幕降臨的舒適放鬆。臨窗而坐，窗外的長風大街燈火通明。
以前來太原出差的時候，漫心這個品牌挺少的，今年過來多了好幾家，迎澤橋西的，綜改的還有這家，裝修風格都非常的明亮歡快，色彩濃厚，具有生命力。隨時原來越快的生活節奏，太需要這樣的色彩來感受生活樂趣了。
漫心長風街酒店周邊吃飯也很方便，下了樓不遠處有個晉韻樓，是山西特色風味，價位適中，是體驗山西風味的不錯的選擇。還去太原古城轉了轉，修建的非常好。
今年疫情反覆，各行各業都挺不容易的，希望越來越好
