Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

I haven't stayed at this hotel for a long time. After booking, the staff in the front hall of the hotel called to greet me. I upgraded the big bed for me. I also cared about what I needed to go to the store. I was very touched that the hotel service was very intimate. I went to the room and saw the welcome card in the room. I like the fruit very much. My mobile phone needs to be charged. I asked the front desk on the phone and quickly sent the charging cable. I fell asleep quickly in the soft bed at night. I opened the window the next day. The scenery outside was very good. I went downstairs to the Chinese restaurant for breakfast. Thank you very much for the restaurant manager. I prepared hot dry silk for me. I heard that I specially prepared it for me. I asked me if I wanted to eat fish soup and brought it to my table. Thank you very much. When I checked out, the front desk manager asked how the experience of staying in the store was. I can say that it was as warm as returning home. Thank you Taizhou Jinling Hotel staff for all the services I have done. Thank you and will come back next time.

No carpet on the floor means it is cold in the winter. Also the AC is not very easy to control, the room warms up well but needed to keep the AC on high. The hardware of the hotel is very new. The car park was very convenient and the location is great, right in downtown. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot our shoes on checking out and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving which was really helpful and thoughtful! This is a great value hotel for a downtown stay!
