This is a really nice hotel; however, there are areas of the hotel that smells really foul of stinky dog. Overall, it was good for one night but not sure I'd want to stay more than that. I'd suggest only allowing pets on certain floor and allowing guest to choose like they do with smoking/non-smoking. Its a shame people bring their pets in this hotel and allow them to peep/poop in it.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The suite was amazing with a large tv, loved the luxury vinyl floors, the bed and pillows were so comfortable!.We walked the path to the lake and out onto the dock! All the turtles were so adorable! It was peaceful and relaxing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Service was Ok, the grounds are beautiful, the floors in the room were dirty and the shower handle did not work (we used a towel to keep it in place). They ran out of food both breakfast and had to wait a while for new coffee and eggs. We were tired when we arrived and did not want to change rooms, so it was OK.

It was very obvious the bedding had not been changed. I’m not just talking about sheets either. There was hair and debris under the sheets as well as on the sheets.

Close to everything, staff was friendly and helpful, very clean. However, the breakfast could be improved, hot foods was cold and bacon overcooked

Our first room smelled like smoke, possibly pot. Not sure how the cleaning person missed it, unless the cleaning person did the smoking. They did kindly move us to another room, which did not smell. It was clean, but the faucet in the tub leaked. Pillows were pretty flat. The carpet in front of the door next to us was littered with dirt, dust & a plastic fork. Not sure where that came from. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have fresh fruit. Lady working the breakfast area was friendly & nice. Lobby & breakfast area was nice, but I think the rooms could maybe use a refresh. Nice bar in the lobby area, but it was closed. And we were there on a Sat night. Not sure why. Maybe a staffing issue? We did use the free laundry room, which was a nice bonus you don’t find at other hotels.

This is a wonderful property with beautiful grounds to enjoy. This will be our go to stop when heading to family in Fl.
