The hotel is not closed management, the waiter is black, English is not good, I lost my necklace in the hotel. Hotel under construction. Breakfast was minimal at best. Had to pay $100 extra fee that they said would be refunded if there was no damage to my room. Hoping I get that back. Would not recommend this place to stay. For the cost no very good.

Conditions is good nee paint and i think just did renovation but there is not any closet in rooms or neither anything guest can hang there clothes

They were renovating the hotel, so the wifi wasn't working. That is a big thing to a traveler trying to do some work online. Also, it was pretty chaotic and messy, with all of the work being done. I should have been notified of this before/while I was booking the room.
Cleanliness was fine. Staff was pleasant. Location is great.

Honestly, the room me and my two friends stayed in was so old and disgusting. Very out dated. Wasn't refunded my full damage deposit and should have for sure. I still don't know why Shower only ran cold water.
