So many things to unfold. They promote free transportation from airport but they did not answer their phone. Had to call corporate Country Inn from airport to have them get a hold of them to send shuttle. Process took over 2 hours. Then, i had booked a 2 bed room and had prepaid extra for that. When I arrived, they said there were only 1 bed rooms left. So i asked for a refund of difference and they said i had to talk to manager. 3 messages later and they never returned my call. ******* tried to contact them and they told them no refunds. So be wary. The discount price is not worth the hassle of zero customer service.

The only problem that I had with the property is the water temperature and pressure. The hot water was lukewarm at best and it was barely forcing any water out. Other than that it was a perfect stay

Super convenient, all the staff were friendly and helpful! I think it’s an older hotel, needs some upgrades! Shower only had Luke warm water, not all lights in bedroom worked, the charging slot for cable didn’t work properly, first room assigned was too smelly to stay in , but they graciously moved me with no problem! Heart rate monitor on stair climber in fitness center doesn’t work, ice machine and vending machines on 4th floor non existent even though sign directs down the hall! But Liz and Mia at front desk super nice, Malady upstairs cleaning rooms super helpful and kind, Ajenne in breakfast room very sweet!

The king room was good, clean and nice size. Need some furniture in the room. We only had one office chair to sit on. We will stay again.

We stayed 2 nights the hotel and room are clean, towels, sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean.
We had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Checking in was great, but when we asked for a late check out due to the fact that my sister was in Tampa to try out for the Tampa bay Fc across the street and she ended at 12pm on Sunday and would need to shower just to not be on the plane smelly going back to California and was told 12 pm was the latest they could do when all she need to do was shower was ridiculous to me. But I understand but even when asked for a towel to wash up in the outside bathroom it was a no we can’t do that.

The room I stayed had a moldy smell and mold below the window above the AC I had to take a spray and constantly spray the room because of the smell.

I've stayed here before and will stay again in the future. It's in a safe environment, easy access to major roads/dining/retail shopping like Target and Walmart/walkable to WaWa which has great coffee and food too. It's very convenient.

The reason we chose this hotel was ot said it had an airport shuttle, but they do not have a shuttle before 5:15am. We need a shuttle to the airport for an early flight and now need to arrange my own taxi for 4:45am.
