Lotte Hotel Guam Reviews

This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again. The whole family is very satisfied. It is in a great location with nearby Sarang Cliff and Gun Beach.

Unfortunately, early check-in was not possible. luxury swimming pool Recommended. Good accessibility to the beach. Highly recommend, highly recommend, go see it. Ah, I have to write a really long review.

It's located a little above the center, but walking wasn't a problem. The room was spacious and the hotel view was nice. The parking lot fills up quickly, but you can also park across from the hotel. There are Korean staff, so if you can't communicate well in English, there's no place like this.

The location was good as it was in a quiet place. Good sea view The facilities are older than expected However, the buffet food was satisfactory enough to make me want to visit again.

The swimming pool was large and connected to Tumon Beach, which was nice. There were Korean staff, so communication was very easy. Overall I'm satisfied

The location is good and the parking lot is ample. More than anything, it was nice to be able to use Korean! I've been to all the breakfast/dinner buffets and they are good value for money. It was delicious!

There is no room maintenance at all. The sheets that were put on the furniture instead of paint are falling off and tattering. Instructions for using the room (TV, temperature control, room service, laundry service, etc.) are not provided. Room cleaning was slow, and basic water, tea, and coffee were not refilled. Never want to visit again.

It was a shame that I didn't rent a car and the location was about a 10-minute walk from the city, but they were very friendly and there were a lot of Koreans, so there were no language problems and it was very comfortable. Even though it's hot in Guam, it's still worth walking around~~ And even if I rented a car in the city, I don't think I can take it.

Reported that the tv sound system was very distorted with very loud noise. Very inconvinent for the playoof games were being play

The housekeeping and porter staff were all excellent. They very polite and smiled at me...few people do that at our local hotels. I am local. That matters a lot. We also had our Public Health Party on December 9th...excellent! Thank you.

beach front access! amazing! kids / baby themed rooms! what i didn't like is how access to the pool and beach is so difficult (can't use the entry on our side of the building and it has no instructions). the rooms were out dated and bugs all over the floors, lighting kept on going out showing signs of wear, shower room seemed like an old massage parlor.

Mostly, friendly and convenient at the hotel. But, aftermath of typhoon hit Guam show.

Rooms were hot, we had an event in the ballroom the ac wasn’t working 😡 also area where the food setup the ac wasn’t working.

Love this hotel so much that I’m writing this review TWICE! We were upgraded to an ocean view room and the wine was set up so nicely AND THE SMELL WAS SO GOOD! Can’t express how much we love this hotel!💙
