This was a difficult stay at this hotel. The hotel did not appear to be set up for the season and was severely impacted by Ramadan. The bedroom was basic, but clean and comfortable. TV didn't work but it didn't matter. It was noisy, not from the hotel but from the street outside as people seemed to go on the street after dusk till around 02.45am. Dinner supplied was fine, although they only had 1 bottle of wine in the whole hotel and approximately 4 bottles of beer. There were 20 in our party and other guests staying. There were only about 4 small bottles of soft drink to purchase. The bar did not open until the second night. Breakfast was poor on day 1 and worse on Day 2. There was 1 waiter who worked very slowly. 1 pot of coffee for 20 people which of course ran out quickly, not enough cups and not enough breakfast. Day 2 there was also another group in and so when we arrived at 08.00, there was no breakfast left, no coffee, no hot water and not even any cereal. We bought breakfast at the train station later that day. Whilst we could make allowances for the fact that Ramadan was taking place, this does not excuse the breakfast issue, which was unacceptable.

À part l’emplacement, trop cher pour ce que c est! Rien ne fonctionne (fenêtres et volets ne se ferment pas, Clim/chauffage ne soufflent pas ou bruit de moteur énorme, sdbain bouché). Trop bruyant malgré le 6eme étage

J’ai passé une nuit dans cette hôtel c’est un hôtel au centre de ville Tanger un hôtel propre l’équipe les réceptionniste les deux monsieur de la journée farid Et l’autre et sans Très gentill’ équipe de soir certes le monsieur avec le moustache c’est vraiment terrible on dirait que on est dans un Diwan ou bien une dans un commissariat pas d’accueil pad de bonjour deux premières minutes carte d’entité le paiement avec une figure comme tu lui demandes la charité ça te laisse même pas l’occasion de lui demander des autres services à l’hôtel malheureusement lendemain matin les femmes de ménage qui vient frapper à la porte fort avant 11 heures Mem est là ouvrir la porte et j’étais à la douche j’entendais la porte est ouverte j’ai frappé la porte de la douche pour qu’elle sorte J’ai payé 513 dh Vraiment j’ai regretté de passer la nuit dans cette hôtel

Chambres modernes, bien équipées, ainsi que les salles de bain (refaites je pense). Mais les fenêtres ne ferment pas complètement, et comme, on donne sur une énorme avenue, très passante, même tard, c'st affreusement bruyant. En revanche, on se rpère facilement pour se balader. Repas moyen et dans une ambiance de lumières bleuâtres, très sombres, assez désagréables. Mais le petit déjeuner est bien : du choix.
