Pine Astoria Hotel

I want to write my review with this differentiation that 5 Stars Building and 5 Stars services are completely different issues! My stay at this hotel dates back to September 2023 and I hope during past months, hotel management improved its service; But I review some important points about Pine Astoria Tbilisi. Actually, hotel's building is 5 Stars and its location is very very good. Also, It has good rooms with nice design and amenities and what needs to be improved is hospitality skills. There are very few staff (Just one waiter in Breakfast Salon and even no body in Pool area to provide necessities like locker) and it make a very Slow Hotel... Breakfast items are not match with 5 Stars Standards. However you can find some delicious foods. This hotel is not ready for emergency conditions. My toe was injured and they didn't have simple first aid and just provided some Non-Sterile Cotton. Overall, if Pine Astoria hire many more skilled staff, it could be good hotel. But in my own experience it is not a 5 Stars (and in some aspects) or even 4 Stars hotel.

What a wonderful experience we spent in Tbilisi. Many surprises in our favor. We came back after almost 5 years, and we still enjoyed our visit to Tbilisi. This time we booked Astoria Tbilisi (4 star) for 3 nights and what beautiful surprise that we were upgraded to their sister hotel, Pine Astoria Hotel, which is a 5 star hotel just a few meters away. The hotel is really beautiful and very clean. All guest amenities are complete inside the room. I also enjoyed the cold breeze from the window as we could open the window in our room. The breakfast was really good with a variety of hot and cold dishes, bakery options, and the lovely chocolate bars (our favorite). Also, they have coffee machines for the selection of cappuccino, latte, or americano. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and very friendly (sorry, I forgot the name of 2 ladies in the restaurant). First, we stayed for one night, and the next day, we went to Gudauri for one night and came back again to Tbilisi for another 2 nights stay. They allowed us to store our luggage, so there no need for us to bring all our luggage to Gudauri. What a nice gesture from them. All of us (6 people) enjoyed our stay in Pine Astoria, and we definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Tbilisi. The hotel is walking distance to Liberty Square and the Georgia Parliament building.
