Don't care about customers . Extra unfriendly staff . No city maps, any information, barely don't speak English, they seem angry all the time, wearing casual clothes, any identification. It seems clients disturbs them. Don't clean the bedroom ;no elevator . It's a nightmare hotel, don't go even for free . Only location is good but i don't recommend to my worst enemy

Centrally located, which is so convenient. The best is the rooftop patio, which has stunning views of the old city right at your Hotel. LOVED it......I recommend Nata Hotel to everyone.....You'll be pleased!

Lovely hotel close to the old part of Tbilisi. Rooms are beautiful and there is a quiet, beautiful garden to sit in. Staff is very friendly. Some really good restaurants nearby. I can’t wait to come back.

We stayed there with a group for several nights during our stay in Tbilisi in September 2021. We loved the hotel, its location, and the ample outdoor space it has in the middle of Tbilis. We could enjoy drinks in the internal courtyard or have a view of the city from the rooftop. The staff was friendly, breakfast and amenities sufficient.
