Perfect hotel for business. Near restaurants and Main Street in Temuco. Easy in and out access. The front desk personal, Edgard was very kind in giving me directions and also offered to get me a taxi if needed. I had to leave very early in the morning for a meeting in a town 2 hrs away. Breakfast was available fro 6:00AM, making it very convenient for the business traveler.

El hotel es excelente. Las habitaciones limpias y en muy buen estado. Son silenciosas y tranquilas. La atención del personal súper amable. Lo malo: el restauranre. El chef es un secuesteador serial de sabores, ya que los platos llegan sin ningún tipo de condimento. Ni siquiera sal. Pedí un ceviche, y no tenía limón, ni leche de tigre, ni sal, ni picante. Parecía una ensalada insípida. El risotto que comió mi marido era un arroz hervido y pasado sin sabor. El viaje anterior pasó lo mismo con los fetuccinis. Horrible comida, arención mediocre.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Temuco. Habitación pequeña, pero confortable y muy limpia. El restaurante con una carta acotada, pero accesible. Recomiendo los tragos, todos excelentes y con las medidas que corresponden. Súper recomendable.

Muy buena experiencia. Falta información visible sobre horario de desayuno pues en la recepción se informó erroneamente el horario y casi perdimos el desayuno de ese día. Pero el hotel subsanó la situación.

Nos costó mucho dormirnos porque había un ruido molesto en la pieza. En la mañana descubrimos que era el frigobar vacío que estaba enchufado. El frigobar debiera estar desenchufado si no tiene nada almacenado .
