"I stayed at the Diego de Almagro Express Hotel in Temuco, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It's advertised as a 4-star hotel with a restaurant and parking, but upon arrival, there were no parking spaces left, and no solutions were offered. The room left a lot to be desired: the sink was clogged, the hairdryer didn't work, and the shower water was barely warm. When I tried to dine in the restaurant, they only offered a single menu for $27, which also had poor reviews from other guests. The worst of all was breakfast. The restaurant was completely overwhelmed, with only two people serving and cleaning. There was no coffee or hot milk, cutlery and plates were missing, and guests had to clear their own tables to be able to sit down. People were eating standing up, trying to salvage what little was left. The hygiene of the place was deplorable. Definitely a horrible experience. I do not recommend it at all."

"One night at this lovely hotel in April of this year-2025-and it was very enjoyable...Check-in was handled speedily and my room was large and very clean...Breakfast was excellent and was included in the price...Sleep quality was perfect...The staff really made my stay enjoyable and I want to thank Mauricio,Roberto and Eduardo...They were friendly and helpful and always available to assist-even to the point of booking a taxi for me on the morning I was leaving...Worth returning to...Top marks....10 out of 10."

"I was one night with my family. The cold we had was memorable. I didn't walk the electric heating that was in our room. Not all beds have the heating, and that which doesn't or really suffer the cold. We were in a piece with private bathroom and TV, but there was no clothes or closet to accommodate things. Breakfast, scarce. Drinks, short. Parking is included only at night, and that is not warning. Good attention."
