環境：酒店在市區高黎貢小區的半山腰上，非常非常的愜意和安靜，在高山上可以俯瞰整個城市的全景，有大山環繞，有小鳥伴音，安靜又愜意
設施：酒店設計是以一片銀杏葉為logo設計的，所以很多裝點之處都有銀杏的影子，很雅緻，酒店的健身房是透明地面的，也裝點了銀杏，超級有意境～無邊泳池很贊，24小時恆温，有一天小步道，景色很美，不長卻可以近距離觀察原始森林和植貝
服務：貼心也到位，臨行前還準備了精緻的伴手禮，有記憶點的酒店，既安靜又愜意，遠離古鎮的喧囂,非常適合在酒店安靜的呆上一天，好好享受愜意時光

酒店在高黎貢山山頂上，無論是空氣還是景色都是最好的！酒店房間都配套超大陽台和私湯温泉，還有無邊泳池和山景温泉，以及小花園，這些地方拍照都很好出片，完全可以在酒店裡呆一天。
酒店的服務也很熱情周到，見面都會問好，下車後前台都有來幫忙拉行李，前台還給我們升級了房間。
在等待辦理入住的時候，還給我們主動送上熱茶和小點心。退房時還貼心的給我們伴手禮。可以説這家酒店的配套設施和服務是可以達到超五星級的水準的！酒店早餐也是OK的，我們預訂的時候還送了歡迎水果。如果是度假旅遊這家酒店還是非常推薦給大家的！

意外被前台小姐姐升級了房型，很開心，房間設施完善，戴森吹風機和愛馬仕的洗護用品，前台服務態度很好，温泉很好泡，無邊泳池風景不錯，但是唯一不足的就是房間裏的私湯温泉衹能泡一次，早上起來還想在泡的時候發現温泉水沒了，直接斷水，衹能去户外公共的泡池，早餐味道也不錯，會再去住一次的那種。
