Tengchong Kaichen Hot Spring Hotel

A great stay experience. As soon as you enter the lobby, it's magnificent, fresh and simple. The lady at the front desk helped upgrade the room type. The room is spacious and well-lit. There is a small terrace with a good view and a panoramic view of the distant mountains. As soon as we entered the room, the lady at the front desk brought us welcome fruit, which was very heartwarming. The indoor space is large and the facilities are complete. Not only does it have a large bathtub, but it also thoughtfully prepares bath bags, bath milk, and salt. It’s so considerate. From 6:30 to 11 o’clock in the evening, you can go to the sixth floor to enjoy the open-air hot spring. There are two large and small pools. The water quality is good and the temperature is suitable. , there are chrysanthemum tea and lemon tea, and there is also a sauna stone room for rest. The breakfast is rich in variety and has a lot of choices. As two sixty-year-olds, we like it very much and highly recommend it.

The hotel is very new, and the customer service at the front desk is very nice and friendly. I booked late and could only choose a tatami room. The customer service took the initiative to upgrade my honeymoon room for free, which was such a surprise. The room is very clean, the details are in place, there is no odor, and welcome fruits and snacks are given. The room also comes with a small balcony, a Kung Fu tea set, and a soaking pool on the sixth floor. The waiters are very polite and kind. I really want to continue. If you stay for a few more days, there is also a restaurant on the first floor that offers a wide variety of breakfast options and is delicious. They also gave me a small gift when I checked out, which was very heartwarming. It's a pity that I only took one picture of the pool. The water in the big pool is also very clean and clear. 酒店不錯，裝修大氣舒適，房間很乾凈寬敞，酒店的服務也非常的好，特別是藺玉婷小妹妹，因為早上到店早房間還沒有打掃好，馬上安排我們去吃早餐，讓我們感到很温馨，晚上還可以去頂樓泡温泉，喝茶賞景恬靜愜意，打車去各個景區都不遠。

酒店很不錯，裝修大氣舒適，香氛清爽不膩人。房間很乾凈寬敞，細節滿滿，還可以換上浴袍去頂樓泡温泉，除了房間的浴缸一次性套需要收費，其他都不收費，房間還有大陽台，喝茶賞景恬靜愜意。打車去各個景區景點都非常方便，距離也都不遠。去機場也很近，20分鐘就到了，還有免費的接機服務。服務員服務態度特別好，每晚都給我們送甜羹，第一天晚上還送了零食九宮格，退房是還送了伴手禮。真的是體驗感非常好的一次住宿，下次再來一定會繼續選擇開臣。
