Our room was good for 3-4 pax so I tried booking on their website for 4 pax. The website shown us the price for four pax however as per Ms Inah the price does not include extra bed. They will only provide 3 beds for 4 pax. I paid extra (11,300/night) to get an extra bed and extra breakfast. I told Ms Inah that they should mentioned the terms on their website otherwise people will expect that the beds available will be for four pax and same as the breakfast offered. They were using wifi modem that is for 'house' use and not for business. Wifi modem was in the middle villa hence we were nit able to connect unless you go outside. Since no one was check-in yet, they placed the wifi device inside our room. They have shuttle to Punta Fuego long beach which was one of my reason to book this place. However the earliest shuttle to the beach was 8am and you could not use your own car to the beach. Their shuttle is the only vehicle that could access Punta Fuego. If you like to swim and watch sunrise, it is not possible. The Bangus was lasang gilik during the first day of breakfast. On our last day, they offered the buffet breakfast. We arrived at their breakfast hall at exactly 9am since buffet was 6am to 10am. I only found empty food warmers. Rice, adobo, few eggs were there. I asked the waitress if that was all. She said they have tapa/longganisa. So I asked where? She went to the kitchen and when she returned she said there was no more. Again, I spoke to Ms Inah. I told her that their buffet was until 10am, so if the customer only found rice before 10am they will only offer rice? No apologies, nothing. This was the time I started to take photos of their empty buffet breakfast warmers. Waitress approached me after sometime, and I was informed that we could order from the menu for free. As if utang na loob mo sakanila. The salad was not washed, pls refer to the photos attached. Over all, we came here to enjoy and relax but I was stress with their service. NOT AGAIN. Not really worth it. You could book in Punta Fuego for the same price or a bit difference with more amenities. First red flag was when I was booking for the room for four pax but they will only provide beds and the breakfast for 3 pax. 2. After I sent half of the payment as reservation, Ms. Inah just replied with acknowledgement. No timings for check-in and check-out, or any helpful notes. 3. The day that we checked-in, we were informed that it'll be breakfast buffet the next day. At night, I received a message from Ms Inah that it will be Ala Carte since there were only 7 guests check-in. Like, seriously? Their service depends on how many people checked-in? 4. They served our ala carte breakfast by the pool. Providing only seasonal fruit for one order, hence we need to remind them that we were missing 3 more for other 3 plates. 5. Waiter said that we were only entitled for hot beverage of our choice during breakfast. The menu stated choice of hot beverage: Barako coffee or tea or Batiro

I loved my stay here! Amazing staff in a great location. 5-10 minutes from gorgeous beaches with a free shuttle. Clean modern rooms on a nice facility. Amazing food both at the restaurant and through room service delivered by the best employees. Definitely plan to come back!

The staff is the loveliest here. They are so hospitable and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I love this idyllic spot that is so reminiscent of the flavors of the provinces of the Philippines. Love it!! Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!!

Came here for a quiet family stay, which is the main draw to the place. We last stayed here in 2021. We were surprised that the quality of food offered - there are almost no other places to eat at - has steaply dropped and is overpriced for what they offer. For instance, we ordered a Count of Monte Cristo sandwhich only to find it to be a simple ham and egg with bread. Sad to say, we will likely not return to this establishment. Although the service is attentive and the place serene, we cannot enjoy our stay with no food choices.

We stayed 2 nights. CONS: FOOD. UN-GENEROUS HOTEL. We had no choice but to dine-in because there are no other restaurants nearby. The food was TERRIBLE (unlike 2 years ago). Highly overpriced for the very small serving, and very bland. I wouldn't mind paying high for food but not like this. Unacceptable. They served a pizza with raw dough. Tasteless pasta (a bit of salt and pepper would have helped). Super overpriced monte cristo that is not really a monte cristo (please do not call it monte cristo its just old white bread cut in half with small ham and cheese). Bland 2 pieces of fish and chips; bland calamares. Every meal was very disappointing no matter what we ordered. Manager apologized but blamed it on the new management at the expense of customers (explanation unacceptable). Complimentary breakfast consists of 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast cut in half and 2 pieces of fruit. We were charged P90 per small water bottle when water should have been complimentary for in-house guest. Provided 2 pcs of free coffee in the room when we were 4 adults. I've never experienced a more UN-generous resort/hotel and they charged high, very unreasonable for what they put out. It was no wonder we were the only in-house guest during a long weekend. If management could not feed their guest well they should not have opened. Its as if they are feeding us whatever was left in storage. Guests should never be treated this way. PROS: big well-maintained pool; courteous staff

We had a superb weekend at Casitas de Victoria. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms (with bidet) were clean and huge! Beds were so comfy that we all had a good sleep even our toddler! We are already planning our next visit :) Food and Drinks: We loved everything we ordered especially the tortang talong, crispy pata, squid (stuffed and ala pobre), and the pancit. We had their Boodle Fight for 12 and it did not disappoint. We upgraded our free continental breakfast to Filipono bfast for a small fee :) Barako coffee is one of the best we've ever tasted. Pool: Big with safe, open spaces surrounding it where kids can run. Open spaces: A big plus for us because we have a very active toddler. The resort has a lot of open spaces where kids can safely run when not swimming. Beach: 5-minute shuttle ride from the resort. Staff: Very helpful and warm. Replied promptly to all our queries - from making the reservation 'til checking out. They're always ready to assist us especially when going to the Long Beach. Note: We booked 1 Forest Villa for 6pax, 2 Forest Casitas for 4pax, and 2 Garden Casitas for 2. 2 families availed of the resort's 2nights for 1 promo.

Service and food were EXCELLENT! We were a group of 30+ people and the staff never once missed out on any order or request. Rooms are sized generously and can easily fit 4 or more adults. Pool is SUPERB although water was quite cold when we went so suggest to make it a heated pool. Perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway near Manila.
